Great location, friendly staff, no mosquitoes, and good AC

Hotel was as advertised. We travel somewhat budget so we manage our expectations. The price was maybe a bit high as the building was a bit older, but the staff made up for it.

The property was centrally located. The rooms were great . Our view of the pool with balcony was breathtaking.

Beach front, on the main road from the port. Garden terrace room was lovely. Spacious. Open bathroom was a nice touch. The toiletries smells amazing ? breakfast was substantial and yummy

The staff and the location were amazing right next to many restaurants and bars and right next to beach. Pool is great. And the fresh juice was amazing

Our room next to the pool was very humid and damp, never fully dried. The bathroom smelled of mildew and there was no way to fully dry our things. The window also opened to a fence so the room was always dark. Breakfast service could also be improved - lots of staff running around and feels like it needs better organization and communication.

The barbeque was good.Breakfast small variety. Had a major issue with cold water.When complained got a very late response and manager was arrogant.Room was changed but nothing changed..water was still cold.Stayed there for 4 nights..was miserable having to have a cold water bath throughout my stay?

The hot water in our shower sometimes didn't work, but it is a minor issue.

I loved the location and how close to the port it was. The breakfast was exceptional and there was always an active nightlife around the area as well.

Staff was great. Wonderful beach with loungers. Pretty disappointing that we dint get any reserved beach benches.For the price point I did expect quite a bit more. The spa was not what I expected or wanted. But overall a greaslt stay and location. Gold bfast that's included

The location perfect, within walking distance to the harbour. Breakfast and dinner right on the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Oh, and the Snapper steaks absolutely delicious.

Our room was a garden room towards the back which was lovely and quiet. Loved the outdoor shower.

The staff were not very friendly... especially a lady with glasses at the reception... the hotel is good but urgently needs improvements... old facilities, swimming pool missing tiles, poor breakfast with menu service and everything off the menu had to be paid with service charge included plus taxes. It is not a resort as mentioned... 3 star hotel

The property is a 10 minute walk from the port, however it is on the main strip. We had no problem with the music until the early hours but at 5am the wailing tower woke me up which is fine, that’s their faith. The next morning someone played music at sunrise at a high volume which I felt was a bit inconsiderate. The room was small, nice and comfortable. We paid extra for the ocean view room but the windows were quite dirty and the place could do with a lick of paint. Focusing on the positives, the location is convenient as it’s walking distance of everything however we hide the bikes at 50,000 each (which is about £2.50) for 24 hours, although we had them for about 28 and we did several laps of the island. Is a fab place and a trip to Gili Meno it’s highly recommended.

The location was fantastic. You can watch sunrise at breakfast and sunset is only a 15 min walk away.The staff were very helpful - especially Ronnie and Denzel. They were kind enough to upgrade me to a garden room, which was nice and spacious. You can lounge on the beach longers. The pool is nice too. Breakfast was good.

There were three times I had enormous bugs in the room and had to call housekeeping to remove them.

Loved the location and thought the value was great. Located on the southeast end of Gili T, it’s walking distance from the port so you don’t have to use the horses. Close to the nightlife and party scene but far enough away that our room was totally quiet at night. The property is also far enough from the mosque that you don’t really hear the call to prayer constantly, this is a problem at other hotels. They decorated our bed for our honeymoon which was a nice touch. The included breakfast was delicious and filling, and we loved utilizing the the daybeds on the beach free for hotel guests. The hotel pool is very private and quiet since it is in the courtyard, whereas other hotels have their pools right in front next to the main road. We rented bikes out front from their recommended vendor for 50k idr for a full 24 hour rental and thought the price was fair enough for the convenience.

Outdoor shower was beautiful but we did experience some mosquitoes in the bathroom. A mosquito net over the bed would have made us feel better as we did get a few bites throughout our stay. The doors to the room do not seal well enough to keep all mosquitoes out. Make sure you wear mosquito repellent outdoors at the very least.

Only the location and the restaurant on the beach

The full hotel and rooms need big renovation and maintenance.There was no hot water in the shower, the hairdryer was broken, the fridge was very noise (I needed to turn off for the night), the Pillow was full with mold. I could not charge my phone next to the bed because the socket spark.The staff in the restaurant was very unprofessional even they were trainees, they pour out my coffee every breakfast and they even didn’t Clean it up. They thought it’s normal.The pool was dirty.
