- Close to the airport
- Staff is very friendly and helpful, shower is warm, clean and has good pressure. The pool is lovely and beds sleep well. But most of all the location is very close to the airport and offers a very good quality for an airport location. If you have a little day spare you can also visit Kuta which is only half an hour drive. I think this place has a too low rating on Booking. Really recommend this place before your flight!

It’s sad because I know these bad ratings will pull the ratings further down - I hope not to the point where it endangers the jobs of the staff because they were truly nice and helpful. There simply has no been any investments made in the hotel. My room had smoking smell, the furniture is completely run down, bed sheet I slept on had a full on scratched hole in it. I wouldn’t stay there again.
- The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so there are no shops around and gojek and grab also doesn't work. The restaurant is quite expensive for what it is, 25k for a small bottle of water plus 21% service charge and tax! For comparison, a small bottle of water at the airport is 12k! The room service is terrible, we had to call 3 times for our plates after dinner to be cleared out (waited approximately an hour). We ate in the room because the restaurant had a lot of dirty tables, people left and no one cleaned the table. I guess it is fine for one night before or after the flight but next time I will try to book a different hotel. Also no fridges in the rooms!

Good breakfast
Got locked out of my room, took staff 45 minutes to get the door open. I booked a twin room and got a double room. The Air conditioning system was noisey, loose and rattling vents. Just an old rundown hotel - terrible experience
Free upgrade to pool view
Toilet is dirty and when i having breakfast i saw rat running area pool happily. its jump from plant to another plan . Salad also not fresh . breakfast not worth it at all.

The back door of the hallway was left opened and there were lots of mosquitoes coming in. The bedsheet we had was really old.
The place is very pretty and the pool is nice, it’s all stunning for the price and the people at the hotel were all so kind and amazing.
The buffet breakfast was super average
Location is very near the airport, and there is complementary shuttle for pickup and droff. Great for an overnight layover in Lombok. The restaurant's food is delicious.

The staffs were so nice, even lend us his motorcycle for us to stroll around town.
I think they can improve on the cleanliness of the room. The floors felt sticky, and the bathroom floors were dirty. We stayed here one night waiting for to be transferred to gili the next day since our flight was late. It’s ok as a hotel transfer
