Breakfast was good

The shower water was not warm, or only got warm in spurts, and the water pressure was not very strong.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bedding was incredibly comfortable especially the pillows! had fabulous sleeps!. The pools were lovely and everything was very clean

The music around the pool could have been a little quieter.... this resort is not a party resort so relaxing around the pool with lower volume music would be better.Also just a thought, given this is a small island and reducing rubbish, in my opinion is high priority, maybe the resort could take away the slippers in the room. I saw so many on the beach and just laying around it seems like a waste of money for the resort and also a lot of needless rubbish. I dont really think anyone expects these here.

Awful pool music at the entrance pool, which they did not agree to switch off so we had to move to another room. When booking via hotel staff a horse carriage to the port, we were assured that it will come by certain time we requested. At the end it arrived only 30 min. later so we nearly missed the boat. The hotel person told this is not his problem and did not do anything. We were very disappointed and frustrated. You cannot rely on them booking the local “horse taxi”, book it well in advance.

That it was close to the beach, but the island it was small so everything was close to the beach.

The rooms were not very clean, and the bathroom definitely needs a deep cleaning and possibly some repairs. I understand that the water in Bali is not the best, but since the hotel is rated as a 4-star property, I expected more. The bathroom and beach towels were so stained that we had to request several times for them to be changed. The breakfast was fine — you could always find something to eat — but if you were vegan or had allergies, I’m not sure they had many options. The beach didn’t have guaranteed seating, as anyone could come and take a chair on the hotel’s beach as long as they ordered something.

Great hotel with lovely staff and fantastic location away from the busy areas of Gili T but still within walking distance. We walked to the main area of restaurants and bars every evening and it felt safe. We arrived really late to the hotel after an ordeal to get there (all ferry’s cancelled!) but the staff were amazing and even went on a scooter to get us homemade pizzas as the kitchen at the hotel was closed and our children had not eaten all day! Great beach movies every evening and breakfast was amazing!!

Very clean and comfortable, just in front of the beach. The staff is always smiling The rooms are spaciousBeing far from the center for me is a an advantage (it's calm)

The breakfast is a little bit expensive No free shuttle, You have to take your own transportation from the center (bike or horse cart)

The property is not well maintained. There are 2 poos but 1 was out of service and we got injured while using the other pool. We got a cut in our feet because of the broken tile floors of the pool. Also, there were not enough cycles for the guests, we could not rent a cycle from them for the entire duration of our stay. There were other guests who faced the same problem as well.

The beach front property is beautiful , saw lots of turtles right out front of the resort . The location and facilities were fantastic . Friendly staff , great food

We were lucky enough to have our room right up front , we took walk around the property and it goes on forever , if you are near the back it would be a long trek up to the beach . We got lucky for where our room was

We had a very nice time in Jambuluwuk! The beach is very nice with lots of turtles, friendly staff, very spacious room with a giant bed, cosy lightning, well functioning airconditioning.The reviews stating that it was dirty, lots of mosquito's.... we really did not notice. Everything was very clean, we had a super stay in the resort. Rental for bikes and snorkels can be done in the hotel or just outside of the hotel you have plenty of options, which are a bit cheaper. Really would stay here again !

Staff was very nice

The facility is very old, dated, not a great property. I changed accommodations for my last night to stay at a better facility because I felt like I was kind of wasting my Gili T trip at this hotel. -but the staff were very nice

Loved the location for a family of 6 easy to get around the island , great food at the hotel, we ordered 8 tuna tartare while there it is so good!! Would definitely recommend this property

the pool near the front wasn't clean at all, and for some reason the pool bar wasn't open at all, so we used the beach

The staff was nice and welcoming. We liked the water dispensers. My kids enjoyed the pool table.

The 4 am prayer wake up call, each morning, by the near by mosque, even though I'm not Muslim.The untidy, shabby tiles that have mortar remains. The separate breakfast booth for eggs which almost always had a queue. The drapes that cover the glass entry door that make it almost impossible to get in and out of the room.

This is really a pearl in Gili. Excellent hotel in a perfect location! We were crying while we had to leave it! Unmatched experience! The hotel is very well maintained and looks far better than the pictures. You can’t believe how beautiful it is! Unlimited bottled water and excellent hospitality. We felt ourselves in the paradise!

The most amazing hotel you’ll find on Gili T.Was here last year and returned this year again.Staff is of the most exceptional standard.Incredibly helpful and kind and always there if you need them. Rooms are top notch and the location at the beach is wonderful.

There is nothing but absolutely nothing not to like!
