Decent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms in the centre of town opposite a park. Some amenities were lacking somewhat like the provided hair dryer was broken and they didn't have any other spare at that time. But otherwise everything was pretty good given the room prices. There are numerous eat outs nearby especially in the evening and the hotel breakfast was more than adequate. In general, a great place to stay in Mataram for a decent price

The hotel was located in central Mataram. Senggigi was a 20min ride with Grab
This is apartently a Government run hotel. Breakfast is catered for government employees and not really for hotel guest.. On one occasion we had to wait for a vacant table as the dining room was full of government employees.. The pool was awesome when we could use it as it was used for children swimming school. And on our way last day, we wanted to relax by the pool, but unfortunately it was closed to Guests to host a children's birthday party. If your a tourist visiting Mataram I strongly recommending doing your research and finding another hotel.. This hotel can not recommend or arrange tours.

The kids and people in the hallways at 4am being loud. Noise, thin walls, woke me up.
It is best to have the swimming pool separate from the reception and restaurant facilities

Breakfast was not good, found cockroach in waffle area. Long wait for eggs and waffles, often the cook forgot my order. Good if there was granola and yoghurt. The workout room was old

just in case if you're two young girls like as and you're going to book a driver with the hotel.. be careful because our driver invited us to his home and it was very strange and we didn't feel that comfortable with him
