Laguna Gili

Good :Location is great, close to the restaurants and port.Hotel has private beachStaff very friendlyMeanwhile we did not like:Some small holes in the celingMoldy smell in bathroomSpiders web on celings and found some small spiders on the pillowBugs, mosquitoes in the room and outside.

Comfortable room good aircon. Good breakfast.When asked staff catered to our requests and fixed what we asked.

Located very close to mosk.. Pool needs a make over...interesting colour.

When we first arrived at the harbour and trekked past loud bars and lots of people we thought ‘what have we done?!’. It really wasn’t what we were expecting of Gili T! That said, once we arrived at Laguna, we relaxed as it is slightly out of the hustle & bustle yet in a great location to get to it all if that’s what you’re after.The staff were simply lovely, from front of house to housekeeping they could t do enough for us during our stay.If you’re visiting Gili T and wand somewhere spacious and comfortable to stay on a beachfront location, I highly recommend Laguna.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future, we loved it!

A small boutique hotel on the beach. Room was big and very comfortable. Food at the hotel was exceptional and well priced. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great location and good size room and bathroom.

The hot water in the shower wasn’t working and there was no hairdryer available.

Small complex with a lovely pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cocktails exceptional!

Only a sheet to sleep with - could use a blanket for weight.

Amazing location. About a 8 min walk from the harbour. So close to the action but away enough for quiet time.

Pool was cosy and required some maintenance. Bit still pleasant for a quick dip.

Great place to stay, excellent location right on the beach and near to harbour and where all the action is. Staff member Doni was exceptionally helpful and was so friendly and helpful with making our stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible ? great pool away from main street and great area of beach out front where we saw many turtles, we absolutely loved our stay here ?

A nice and cosy bungalow in a good postion, away from loud music in the evening.

There were calls to pray from the mosque near by 5 times a day, starting from 4:30 in the morning (but it's not the hotel fault of course). Plus there some constuction work around. So I had problems with sleep. Advise: take ear plugs.

we had a cottage bungalow and it was beautiful! so big and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool and having breakfast on the beach.

We liked everything. Maybe a more comfortable bench for outside of the cottage.

Good location if you want to be close to the port and the more lively bars on the island. Plenty of food choices on this side of the island. Also this is where most of the snorkeling and scuba diving activities are located. The breakfast was freshly cooked with a choice of pancakes, English style breakfast and Indonesian style. Although you do have to pay extra for fresh juices. The hotel is good for maybe a couple of nights but we wouldn't recommend any longer.

Poor communication amongst staff, we asked for the room to be cleaned on three separate occasions and the room still wasn't cleaned on the 4th day of our stay. No effort was made to ensure daily housekeeping or whether we were comfortable in the room. The room (16) needs refurbishment, the upstairs curtain fell down twice. The air con blows directly onto the bed. The bathroom shower door would not close and a piece of cardboard was used to keep it shut. The room is very dark even with all the lights on, there needs to be more lights installed. The safe also did not work. We explained all this when leaving the hotel and the manager was very understanding and apologetic, they said they will work on improvements for the future.

Clean and comfy room, beachfront sunbeds, friendly staff, good position on the island, easy walk to restaurant s,harbour and night markets. Snorkeling was good at the front of the hotel.

stuff was very helpful, location was great. They borrowed us fine for snorkeling for free. so really good experience. it's next by the sea so you get free of charge seats on the beach.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good, still within walking distance of other restaurants yet not so close that it's too busy out the front. Nice beach in front with lounge chairs. I had Room 16. Very clean, the bedroom was upstairs.

My only complaint was that in my room, 16, it was very dark, they definitely need more lighting.

breakfast is too limited. for a resort in front of the beach it’s a really poor menu. Chef is clearly not as good as the rest of the hotel. Food with extra oil and not well cooked. it’s an absurd that juices and coffee are not part of the breakfast and needs to be paid separately.

Location was near turtle point so good snorkelling. Near to all restaurants.

No TV as promised, a/c average but dripped a lot o water onto floor, floors VERY slippery. Toilet squeeled every flush
