The facilities were great and as they appear in photos. Everything was clean and just quite lovely. The sand was kind of shelly but still nice. The breakfast offered was okay. We appreciated how it was made to order every morning, ensuring our meal was always fresh. I think as far as the restaurant and menu go, we most enjoyed the Indonesian menu. Any kind of Western food was a bit better outside of the resort. We loved the pool; it was deep enough that we could swim without feeling like we were in a children's pool or foot bath. The spa services were really nice. Of course, you can find cheaper services elsewhere (and we did one day), but the quality is worth staying to receive services at the resort.

While this is not entirely negative, we didn't fully appreciate the people coming up to us trying to sell their services after we had told them no. We appreciated having the option for tours and items to buy, but after declining several times, they would yell at us from the beach or continue to ask us to purchase things, making it a little difficult to simply sit and enjoy the beach.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this hotel was special. Every little detail was so thoughtfully arranged — from the water station by the beach to rinse off our feet, to the beach shoes and fresh towels already placed on the sunbeds. Even the floating cushions in the pool made relaxing under the sun feel extra luxurious.The aromatherapy massage by Tuti was absolutely fabulous — deeply relaxing and perfectly personalized. She constantly checked in about pressure and comfort, which made the experience even more soothing.Helmi was outstanding throughout our stay — from clearly communicating dinner plans to serving us so warmly. He always asked how our day was going and made us feel truly cared for.A special mention also to Fahmi, who went above and beyond to create a magical sunset dinner for us. He carved a heart shape in the sand, set up candles along the beach, and even captured some beautiful sunset photos for us to remember the evening by.Everything about our stay felt heartfelt, genuine, and memorable — we can’t wait to return. Finally the BBQ offered was some of the best value for money as well as absolutely delicious!

The tours offered as overpriced in comparison to talking to local guides.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Rooms are a bit dated. Occasional noise from road/other properties and the prayer calls affect the serenity of the garden/pool area.

This was our second time coming here and it was as amazing as last time. The resort is beautiful and serene and the staff is so welcoming.

They fumigated for mosquitos a few times

Amazing time! The staff went out of their way and made our stay unforgettable. Rooms are spacious, garden is beautifully curated, stunning ocean views, restaurant service is super good. Lots of breakfast! Overall very attentive in check in, check out, housekeeping etc. special shout-out to our waiter Anwar, he is the best!

It was a beautiful place, lovely staff, good food.The only downside for us was there was no beach to walk along. Other than that can’t fault it.

A smaller resort but well designed & very cozy. Super friendly staff. The foods at the restaurant are good. The pool is smaller but good enough to dip & cool off. The resort is on the beach but there are trash & plastic waste scattered all over. The resortis own beach is clean. The resort is near where the locals hang out. About 7 minutes by car & 30 minutes walk to the main area of Senggigi.

The occasional sewage smell and bugs/insects in the bathroom, as well as the trash on the beach.

What an absolute gem of a place, just off of the chaos of Lombok streets. Hidden away, you really feel like you are in paradise. The accommodation was amazing, very large comfortable beds and lovely open air bathroom, very clean throughout the resort, the restaurant served delicious food and the staff were more than fabulous! Lovely large pool and the spa was heavenly and so well priced for pure relaxation! The only disappointment was the sea, as beautiful as it was, unfortunately there was a lot of rubbish, not the fault of the resort as the rain washes this down rivers from inland and ends up in the ocean, we did see people swimming so it’s fine, just not for me. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Chandi we voted this the best of all four of our stays and will definitely be coming back one day. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay even better xx

4 star but actually a 5 star resort, beautiful new bar and immaculate garden and rooms. Staff is very friendly. Good food and breakfast.

Staying in Lombok and choosing Chandi was a last minute decision. And we could not be happier with our choice. It’s a smallish size resort which makes it very quiet and relaxed. All the staff starting with the proprietor Andreas is delightful. We had a great stay, enjoyed the room, the happy hours at the beach -front bar, the food and massages at the spa. All very reasonably priced.

We loved everything about Chandi. Owner Andy was friendly and made us feel very welcome..Great food including free breakfast..Super relaxing.. We want to acknowledge the staff Wahyu, Alwan, Helmi, Helen, Arini, Rita, Widiya and Ratni. All so friendly and took great care of us.

Very amazing place to stay with all the design and easy and simple. You dont worry about anything. Close to the pool, close to the beach, close to bar, close to cafe. They’re really well maintaince and very friendly staff an owner. We’re absolutely love to coming back here again and really recommended this place. Well done guys ???

The bathroom have some smell and sink stuck sometime. But its oke i guess.

Everything was perfect. Very spacious room, beautiful outdoor bathroom. The ocean view from the restaurant terrace. Excelent breakfast and dinner food and service. All staff is very kind.

Breakfast a la carte is awesome but the service should be a bit faster or you need to go breakfast at least 1h before time to leave.

The beach is not perfect for swimming
