- Loved staying here! The view out onto the valley and surrounding mountains was really nice to wake up to. The breakfast area is also really nice. The staff was super attentive and accommodating and nice - Nico even got up at 2am to drive us to our trailhead, volunteered on his own to do so. If we come back to Sembalun, we will stay here!
- Bed room and toilet are clean but very minimum facility, view is just a regular, No AC where needed before evening and after 8am
- Our stay at Bukit Tiga Lima Hotel was an absolute delight! The staff's exceptional friendliness and hospitality went beyond our expectations, ensuring our comfort and a delightful experience. The rooms were both beautiful and comfortable, and the sunrise views from our room were truly magnificent! Highly recommend this hotel, and immense gratitude to the wonderful staff for making our stay extra special.

- Couple watch-outs (that we were fine with but you should be aware of) - the room does get quite hot during the day, but if you are out and about, it shouldn't matter, and the hot water is limited, so it's hard to get more than 1 hot shower in at a time (if you space it out, it's fine).
- Seems to expensive for minimum facility
- The hotel unfortunately doesn't have a ramp; instead, it's accessible only by stairs. This can be challenging, especially for travelers with large and heavy luggage.

We stayed at a charming boutique hotel near a mountain, and it was amazing. The view was breathtaking, and the hotel was easy to reach from the main road. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the scenery, and I highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing getaway with great views.

clean and a good view - tasty breakfast - easy to rent a scooter to visit village
bathrooms on the small side (poor door) however has all the basics
the room was very comfortable and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful
they didn’t clean the room daily, there was no plug near the bed, breakfast food was not the greatest
The room is very nicely decorated and clean. The area is picturesque. Staff were very attentive and accommodating. They booked almost all the activities and needs we had for the short time we were there. They frequently went above and beyond our expectations.
A little far from the main town, but it’s not a huge deal. Main attractions can be walked and they also had parking for people who came with cars.
