Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort

The staff is always eager to help a guest with any need. The restaurant staff was extremely kind and attentive.

The pool is great and gardens are fabulous . Breakfast has a great selection of foods.

I like the location, which is right in front of the beach.

They serve bottled water, but some of the caps were difficult to open. I left a note with the hotel staff, asking them to open the bottle, but they just added another bottle. The hotel staff only realized that the bottle couldn't be opened after I asked them to open it in front of me.

The hotel is beautiful, an antique one. Breakfast is okay but not great for a 5 star hotel. Overall, it is still a good place to stay in Senggigi

The overall ambience was great!

For whatever reason, our room had, what i would consider, an excessive level of humidity in the room. Our clothes got damp and it took 6- 7 days for the clothes to finally dry.

Next to the clean beach, good breakfast with piano music, lovely big swimming pool.

The hosts the staff were absolutely exceptional. They were kind!

Because of their ocean, unfortunately, it can sometimes be a bit dirty along the beaches and in the water, which might appear a little murky. However, the resort more than makes up for it with its wonderful amenities and welcoming atmosphere.

Amazing staff, facilities for the kids and breakfast buffet. When we arrived, they first said that they could not fulfill the request of having our rooms close by, which was important, since we were travelling with our 9 and 11 year old kids. We said that this was not an option, since they are too young spend the night so far apart. They apologized, gave us an upgrade to a suite connecting to another room, and invited us to two free cocktails. The kids loved the pool with the slide, as welll as the baby turtle center. would definitely go back if we return to Senggigi.

Superb hotel, great breakfast, good location. Awesome pool and bar.

Walking around the area is terrifying because of how fast and reckless people drive. You take your life into your hands every time you try to cross the street. Hotel could probably advocate for some kind of traffic-calming in the area; painted pedestrian crossings are just ignored by all motorists.

Location. Right on beach and near to a number of cafes and restaurants. A great pool. Good sized rooms. Nice bfast. Reasonably clean and maintained

The property is old and shows some signs of wear and tear. Bathrooms can be better, and so can be the water pressure in the shower.

Internet very weak, tv not working properly, old bathroom needs renovation, towels old and torn

The rooms are great, food, so close to the beach and the people are very helpful. It was also nice to be able to work out. Overall I would recommend everyone to go.

The smell of burning garbage is very intense. It kept us awake. The first night, we asked reception if someone was smoking. It looked like there is a garbage processing plant behind the hotel.

Beautiful resort and very enjoyable stay. Staff were so helpful & thoughtful. Excellent location.

We have stayed many times at the Sheraton, we are never disappointed. This part of our trip is always very relaxing. The staff are exceptional so kind and friendly! We always enjoy our time at the Sheraton. The piano playing by Hardanno at breakfast is amazing, he sets such a wonderful atmosphere.

Do not have elevator

Very comfortable hotel, great if you want to stay at the hotel, pool beach and restaurants were ideal. Breakfast had great yummy variety, and the staff were helpful and professional.

Not the hotels fault, but location is a quite far from the city and taxis are quite expensive.

The place is clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast was super delicious

AC and treadmills were out of order in the gym and the shower in the room was not very effective (not much power and it took a while to heat up the water)

Everything! This hotel was beyond our expectation. Facilities are great. Breakfast was super excellent with different choices in daily basis. Services from staff are great, very kind and super nice lots of smiles! They responded our issues promptly, gave us extra room freshener as the wooden furniture starts to smell due to aging. Beautiful private Sengigi beach, perfect for morning walk. Beautiful swimming pool and the size was superb! It requires upgrade and maintenance, thou. The hotel location is very close to shops and massage parlours, walk within 5-10 minutes. Room rate includes airport pick up.

Other than the aging furniture and facilities, our stays at Sheraton Sengigi was very nice!
