great location and facilities. the pool and garden area make you forget your in a big city.

little construction noise in the morning. Also our key slot that operates the lights in the room continued to turn on and off while we were in the room

Room a little tired, could do with a refresh, especially ceiling.

For a city hotel this hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shopping malls, eateries etc. Breakfast was excellent with varieties to chose from.

The toileteries should've been better of quality since they claimed to be a 4-star hotel. One or two of the counter staff could've been more friendly.

Wifi was really weak, dropping on and off all the time.Bedsheets look really old. It looked like it wasn’t washed properly.

The property very well located on the center of Mataram, easy access !

This my 4th time stayed on this hotel is should be the hotel recognize the repeater guest, more happy to receive free upgrade or something special !

Sleep,the breakfast,the surrounding..so peaceful..love it..it's my third time thank you for everything..

Dirty floor, dirty bathroom.

Nice landscaping with pool area. Complimentary water with room service. Spa and gym.

Had to change rooms twice due to things not working. All three bathrooms did not look at all like in the pictures, very old and not comfortable!! WIFI sucks - keeps losing connection and not stable / reliable (I only used mobile data for my whole stay!). Restaurant food was not good at all. There were construction works going on, sometimes only in the morning?? People were smoking in public areas. But most importantly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for international travelers since many of the staff did not at all or speak VERY limited English.

The Location is good Near the Shopping mall and Many Shop and Restaurants there, many place to work near hotel

The houskeeping staff response is fast, when there's a dirty towel set up on our arrival, I asked them to change it and they said sorry before they gave us a new clean towel.

The receptionist person isn't really friendly, seems like our key was deactivated so we couldn't open the door, so my brother went to the receptionist to ask them to fix it and when my brother said thanks, she didn't even respond nor smile at my brother just give him the key and ignore him. Really not good.

the room is old, worn out, and dirty. the shower’s water pressure is very low and I do not get hot water 90% of the time. the toilet is grimy and strands of hair were found everywhere. stains were also found on pillows and bed sheets.

The grounds are beautiful and wide and open, with a beautifully landscaped pool and gardens. Try to get a room with a balcony. Mine did not have one, and a lousy view, but the room itself was good - cool aircon, everything worked well, it was clean, strong wifi. No complaints, as I was there just for one night.

The proximity to Mataram Mall didn't make much of a difference, since most shops in that mall seems to have closed. Not the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of, if you wanted to stay here because of the mall.

Comfortable, modern hotel in central Mataram, with large size rooms and a nice pool. Staff are terrific and offer great service: I had large bag of laundry returned in 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Mataram Mall is across the road if you need to do any shopping.

They had live entertainment for 3 hours at their outdoor restaurant, which was at a very loud volume. Not ideal if you wanted to relax in your room.

Only the breakfast is good, and some staff that giving us smile. Smile is enough, not more or less.

From the 1st day stay, staff is not really friendly, only one staff that smile at us while check out. Toilet is dirty, water heater is not working, no iron in the room, have to request several times.

Nice landscape design

The rooms are old and without repair, the shower and air conditioning did not work in our room, the check-in was carried out for a very long time (we arrived somewhere at 11 pm and checked into the room only at midnight). When we found out that the air conditioner was not working, and there was no water pressure in the shower, we demanded to move us, which took another 40 minutes (at first we were offered to just wait until they fixed it, At ONE O'CLOCK in the MORNING!). In the morning, a surprise awaited us - we woke up from the speakers of the mosque, which were directed directly into the windows of our room. Falling asleep at one o'clock and waking up at 6 am are priceless memories of the worst hotel on Lombok Island.
