Nice staff, food, and looking hotel.

Wi-fi is weak, dishes needs to be more clean.

Beautiful surrounding, a calming atmosphere, dilicious breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff.

The internet was spotty for doing work. House keeping distracted? One day on bedroom was done nicely and the other one missed completely other than the toilet paper removed. Found it odd but as we had more toilet paper and had only slept one night in the bed prior not serious. More like Hmmm?

This is the only hotel with a suite that has a kitchen and two bedrooms for a big family. The location is along one of the nicest beach stretch, walking distance to laundry facilitiy, motorcycle rental place and groceries store. This place is also family oriented with kids pool and kids playroom available.

The taste and variety of the food during breakfast could be better improve.

I noticed that I did not stay in the exact room type originally booked, as I was assigned a beachfront room which was slightly smaller. I only became aware of this after checking the app and seeing a message sent one day prior to check-in.In addition, this change was not mentioned by the front desk during check-in. It would have been helpful if the information had been communicated more clearly, perhaps through a direct WhatsApp message, to ensure the change was fully understood. Overall, the experience was still pleasant.I believe the bungalow's price was higher than the beachfront.

We loved all of the facilities at Lombok Holiday Resort. Travelling with a 1-year-old, we felt that there was enough to do there for kids. Safety is very important and we felt that the resort offered that. It was super conveniently placed - we were on the beach, close to shops and restaurants and had an amazing pool right outside our room.

The pools are nice, the hotel offers a calm green-ish atmosphere for relaxing, surfing or chilling at the pool. The location is also handy with some great restaurants around. The staff were really kind.

The restaurant of the hotel is just terrible: tasteless food, frozen super-market pizzas served as "authentic Lombok pizza", juices are mostly water/ice and 10% fruit. Same for the breakfast, no effort made to refill the food that was eaten by early customers. So if you go at 10am (breakfast last until 11), nothing is left.

I request one large bed but they provide me twin bed so I don’t like twin bed

Open air washroom & shower was very cool. We liked having our own garden suite near the pool and ocean. The landscaping is beautiful and well established and cared for. Restaurant and pool have panoramic ocean views.

The garden chalet we stayed in had some signs of being rundown, like the netting over the washroom was ripped. Could use a refresh.

The premises are very nice. We had a garden chalet and it's quite basic, no luxury, but ok. The pool and restaurant area are very nice.

The staff. They were weirdly unfriendly. We have been traveling through Indonesia for 4 weeks and only came across friendly people, except here.

Being a beach resort was a bonus but it was a short walk to breakfast and to the beach from our room but especially a problem when it is raining. The place was well maintained and the staff were excellent.

The location away for the town of Senggiggi, so limited place to eat apart from the resort. I found the outside bathroom a novelty but not practical.

It was beautiful, it was absolutely stoning, the room very spacious clean and tidy, the pool area was very good, very good variation of breakfast, and the staff was very helpful.

Beautiful grounds and location. Comfortable rooms. Staff are super warm and friendly. Food is delicious, but expect to pay resort prices for food plus 21% service fee. There are local options a short taxi/moto ride away.

I understand it's normal for resorts to have service charges, but at the very least, water should be free.

Pools and location is amazing. Restaurant team was really nice too! The excursion organized by the hotel was really worth it !

Hotel pool was amazing! It is exactly as shown in the photos.Rooms are awful though! Everything is old and unkept. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable, fridge didn’t work, shower head came off… it is just not worth it. :-(

Location, facilities, staff, gym

The room was clean, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was super, great spot for families since there are lots of activities. And you’ll have an amazing sunset view! Definitely worth it.

Very different from the other places we stayed (huts on the beach) but it was a welcome change. The hotel was large with a very big pool, loved the swim up bar. Happy hour 4-6 which was a bonus! Rooms a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint but very spacious. Breakfast was the best, lots of variation and plenty of it. Building works on the beach so we didn't tend to go on there as access was limited. But the pool made up for that.
