The Beach House Resort

Beautifully and clean place, friendly staff, the highligh is the location, it’s right in front of the beach and the shopping street, such a cozy beautiful place.

Location was good, and live music, specially stuff Arnada, was very helpful. All the stuff was friendly

The basic room was too small

The people working there so friendly and they will do anything you ask them to do

Wi-Fi Internet and the room is very bad. Only in the Reception area is good.

A peaceful and relaxing place to stay, located right on the beach in the beautiful Gili Islands. The atmosphere is very quiet, and the property is clean and well-maintained. You may see a few small lizards around, which is quite normal for the island and part of the tropical experience. The resort is centrally located and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and lounges, making it convenient while still feeling secluded.

We stayed at Beach House Resort on Gili Trawangan, and it was a really lovely experience. While our room was a bit tight and without a balcony, I don’t see that as a negative – it has plenty of charm and a relaxed comfortable feel that suits the island perfectly. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk from the ferry terminal and right on the main strip. Yes, it can be a little noisy at times, but that’s to be expected in such a central spot, and it honestly didn’t disturb our sleep.The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave us towels for our snorkelling trip, arranged bikes so we could cycle around the island, and even gave us their WhatsApp number so we could message at any time if we needed help or advice. That extra level of service made such a difference.We also enjoyed spa treatments at the resort – I had two different ones, including a couple’s two-hour special, which was amazing. The prices for treatments and overall stay were very reasonable, offering excellent value.Overall, Beach House Resort was a wonderful place to stay – friendly staff, great facilities, and a perfect location to enjoy everything Gili T has to offer.

It was such a pleasure to stay at the Beach House. The staff is exceptional, especially Nando! He always went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed and special. The location is fantastic, with everything you could possibly need at your disposal. The room was small, but comfortable. The bed, bedding, and pillows were exceptional. The property was supr clean & having a 2nd quiet pool in the courtyard by the rooms was fantastic.All the food & drinks were great. Soooo many great choices for breakfast. The live music every night was fantastic, always different. Spa on site was also lovely. Thanks for a great time!

The location was great!

We had a decent stay, but personally I wouldn’t rate the hotel as a four-star resort. The room was okay, but not super clean. Also, there is a policy of only one towel per day, which is fine, but when I really needed an extra one because I was wounded and the others were dirty, the woman at the front desk told me she couldn’t give me one, which I found disappointing.On the positive side, the staff at the restaurant were very friendly! The lady at the front desk, however, was not as welcoming.Gili itself was amazing, and we even decided to stay one day longer. The hotel was fine, but I would have loved to read a review like this before booking. Hopefully it helps someone else. :)

Great location, in the middle of the action. Even though there was a late party at the bar beside us did not bother us. Great breakfast and food in general really good. Super friendly staff they go out of their way to help you . Room a bit small for 2 people but liked the outdoor shower.

Size of room could be bigger. Huge outdoor bathroom but smaller bedroom.

I keep returning to the hotel many times and they still keep maintaining their hotel's quality. The staff is superb... helpful and friendly. The location wise is at the lively part of Gili Trawangan but as soon as you came in to the hotel, we can feel serene and quiet. Perfect

We loved everything about this place: the quiet inner court with lovely swimming pool, the front infinity pool with the bar and live music every night. The food and drinks were delicious - we loved our breakfasts, snacks at the pool, dinners - the quality of food was really high!But this place is truly amazing because of their staff - they are just so lovely and seem to have fun at work, which makes the atmosphere even better. Special thanks to Ardana and Dedi - they made us feel special and we could not prize them enough :)

Always stay here when in Gili T. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Right on the beach. Close to plenty eateries and bars. Super friendly staff, always with a hello, how are you. Two pools, quiet one at rear inbetween rows of rooms, one at front with great view of ocean and Lombok in the distance. Can see spectacular Mt Rinjani on clear day.

This place has such a good vibe to it. It’s definitely on the more ‘upbeat’ part of the island which for us was perfect! The two pools give you the choice for something relaxing between the rooms or for a great outside street vibe. Place is very clean and reasonably priced with a great BBQ dinner option. Only 300m from the dock which is perfect for when you arrive and leave because it’s within walking distance. Great breakfast options too!

The bedding here is terrible.. it’s noticeably old and uncomfortable. Rooms are simple, which is perfectly fine but the hotel definitely needs to invest in new bedding and linen for their guests. For us the loud music from the night life was fine but just take caution of that when booking here.

Excellent staff, spa. Good breakfast options, but the coffee tasted like nescafe.

Prices in the menu didnt include taxes. The room is showing age and need some fresh painting at least.

We had the best time in Gili T staying at the Beach house resort - 5 minutes from the port and such a conveniently and pleasant stay. Ardana from the resort was so helpful and kind during our stay and made sure we had the best time. He helped organise a snorkelling day trip and advised us of which beaches to go to when we had questions.

No complaints except for an FYI that the address on booking.com came us as different to the google search of the hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely, great little pool bar and the live music was great.

The pool bar was amazing watching the world go back .staff would go out of there way for you . Food was always fresh.

Would be great if you put two pool towels in the suites that have plunge pools .

Restaurant/bar food and drinks were not the best. Bedsheets were veery old/used.On Wednesdays there is a party at the bar next to the hotel that makes it impossible to sleep. Could only sleep after 3am

Location is perfect, staffs were so friendly. Room was quite comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast.
