Zar and everyone at Tiu Oasis are so friendly and accommodating. Every time I stay they go above and beyond to make it enjoyable. Best value for money in a great location and a beautiful villa. Can’t wait to stay again next year

The staff were very helpful, nice and happy. I asked for specific decorations and items for a surprise birthday, and they managed to source everything, set it up and decorated incredible well! 10/10 would recommend! They went above and beyond for us!

The pool temperature is quite warm but I think it’s the same everywhere in Lombok because it’s the season

The villa and ground’s: aesthetically are exactly as pictured and all very cute and instagramable. Outside bathroom was fun and no bugs, just some friendly lizards. Important to note that as tourism grows in Kuta, so does construction (literally all around the outside of the villa) and the sites work from early in the morning and through the weekend and was woken by this even with the use of earplugs. I stayed in September 2024 and this construction looks like it will continue for quite some time in the surrounds. Also a lot of barking dogs in the surrounds. Villa is well off the main road but signposted wellTemperature: Bed sheets are like tissue paper and the remote control for our air con did not work, it didn’t seem to be for our unit, perhaps it was for another?Layout: Stairs are poorly designed and steps are very close together which makes it difficult to use, I actually fell down this stairs and was just greatful I didn’t fall off the side but I got quite a bit of bruisingService: Would have loved to give the service 5 stars because they are brilliant to connect with through WhatsApp and very prompt replying, but in person it’s different energy and unfortunately eyecontact can be avoided etc. Staff were brilliant at organising transfers to/ from Bangsal port.Food: didn’t get breakfast included but got it on our last morning as needed to leave early for the port and didn’t have time to go into the town. It was disappointing, wouldn’t recommend. Then again I have seen other reviews that say the food was fair so maybe we ate on a bad day? You could make your mind up yourself on this if you stay based on mixed reviews.Location: As other reviews also describe the road to the villa is a dirt track and not a road so if you are not an experienced scooter driver you are probably best on foot. It wasn’t recommended by staff that we walk however it was a completely flat 20 min walk to the centre of Kuta, and as Europeans this walk really was a thing of nothing.

The design of the hotel is super, we booked the villa for 4 nights and it was awesome. The only thing is that the kitchen of the villa need some needful equipment like a bootle opener, cooking spoon ect ( because there is nothing to cook). For the rest it was super nice and easy to book a scooter to ☺️

Nice small resort, fine en friendly staff, last couple of 100 meters through a sandy road but it is for sure worth it.

They could use more sunbeds

This is one of the most beautiful villas I have ever stayed in! The entire aesthetic of the place is just perfect. We stayed in a bungalow which was the perfect size for 4 travellers. Everything was clean and felt luxurious. The pool area was lovely and they also served a great breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and assisted with our bike hire! :)

Firstly it was too sunny outside the room to sit around. No shaded area outside for breakfast. The location is not very convenient from the main road and the access road to the hotel is very bad.

Beautifully appointed Hotel and well located a couple of Kilometers out of main town Kuta. If you have a motorbike easy access in 5 minutes to town.Rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. The bathroom is very cute being outside and loved the outdoor shower. What the owners have achieved in a small area is beautiful and credit to their design skills.

We had a 1-bedroom bungalow with loft and probably too small for 3 people. Great for a couple. Rooms are quite small, and the top floor gets very hot even with air conditioner on. Would have been nice to have a cold-water filter in the rooms as water is supplied but warm. Main issue i had was i found staff quite lazy laying around the place and had to constantly ask for clean towels as these were not replaced.

The Villa was very comfortable and pool was amazing. Zar and the team made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast and drinks at the bar were very good too.

The accomodation was quite far from the main strip but fine if you have a scooter or driver to get there.

Loved how private and this small boutique oasis is. It’s tucked away in the jungle and my kids loved the pool jumps off the steps. If your kids are under 4 I wouldn’t recommend with bungalows with loft bed, opt for the one bedroom Villa with extra bedding & a private plunge pool. We where in the loft bungalows but my boys are 4 & 7 and it was super comfortable and adorable and the showers are hot!!! & Bed is comfy & they provide water! & love the outdoor shower. the exterior designs of this place you don’t want to leave wish we stayed longer!!! Definitely coming back. The staff where very helpful, super friendly & great with our kids!

It’s not that we didn’t like anything at all we loved this place but just Definitely pack some snacks when it’s busy they run out of food some days- didn’t bother us but with kids we need the food they like - there is a fridge in the room

The staff are amazing, Joe, Zar and Roy took great care of us while we were there. We had so much fun with them. It was such a pretty place to stay, very relaxing. It’s perfect for chilling around the pool ?

I loved this place. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The place had a very relaxed vibe and a comfortable layout. The rooms were clean and luxurious, as advertised. Kuta itself reminds me of Bali before it got so busy.

Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good.

A bit small for 4 persons. No proper blankets in the beds. Insects in the bathroom and also inside the villa.
