Close to a Mall. KFC and McDonald’s open 24 hours at the Mall. Laundry was cheap 7500 IDR or 0.70 AUS per item. Excellent

2 things that were annoying. No. 1 Only I Room key/card issued, need key/card to operate air conditioning in the room. When you leave the room and you remove key/card from air conditioning slot, air conditioning turns off. When you come back to the room it is VERY HOT ? takes the air conditioner minimum 1 hour to cool room down again. I booked bigger room, breakfast included. I stayed 3 nights but unfortunately in their system breakfast was not included. Even thou email from hotel at booking included Breakfast and Booking on booking.com included breakfast. Both had breakfast ?? This obvious point was extremely annoying. Massage ?‍♀️ at Hotel more expensive. They charge 230,000 IDR per hour. Every where else is 150,000 IDR per hour.

Ac good, bed comfortable

No hot water, sink dirty, they provide coffee, tea, etc but no mineral water in the room, some lights not working.

Wouldn’t stay there

Dirty, loud, there was mold in the room, it says is a no smoke hotel but my room smelled like an ashtray, the sheets looked dirty as well as the towels. There is no bar at the restaurant and the food selection was very small, for being such a big hotel that’s annoying.

OK on a budget

It ok single male traveler or couple on people budget. Room facilities and utilities are showing age and rejuvenation is needed. Staff lovely and polite.

The room.is spacious, very clean, bed is comfy

The TV is small and breakfast need to be revised to meet international standards

Location

Room is old and really need some renovation. Theres a hole in the sheets and the bathroom door. The shower drain is clogged and the water is only warm not hot.

We like brakfast and service

Clenar need to undestend paki or najis the clean toilate with hand towel and after touch the badsheets we dont like in islam not good clean toilet with brush not with hand towel and need to undestend how to payas or najis .There is a need to understand what is pure and what is not pure.

The staff were kind and polite

Hopefully can clean the room better and I think the hotel room need maintenance

I went out all day I come at night when I get in to my bed There’s mould on my bed sheets, and I have to change room, all the sheets are dirty.

Location. There is a restaurant with variety of selection of Lombok foods across the street.

Going up to the foyer is rather steep. Not good when it rains.

The boss and staff are very nice，Introduced me to the food of Mataram Very tasty，The room was quiet. It's clean and fragrant

I hope you can put a hair dryer at the front desk for everyone to use

No recommendation

The room didn’t look like the photos. Everything was really used and I did not feel comfortable. The room didn’t have any windows I could open, just a glass that showed the hallway and the staircase, so I could not see the sky or breathe fresh air. Additionally, the room smelled like cigarettes all the time, even if I don’t smoke. I had to spray perfume, otherwise I was not able to sleep with the smell of cigarettes. Moreover, the wi-fi was very bad. I had an important call and the wi-fi stopped working. The staff did not speak english at all, I had a few questions and they were not able to answer them. Would not recommend!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They all deserve a pay raise including the bell-boys.

For heavens sake, please buy some new towels and replace all bedding that looks to be worn, torn, and stained.If at all possible, please install double pane windows to reduce the outside party noise.

The hand soap was scary smell..... I also heard very clearly people's voice next to my room. The staff at receptionist didn't tell me when I did check in that I should recharge my key for the next day.

Very spacious room and comfortable bedding. The staff is very kind and went the extra mile to help and please. The hotel is located near shops and malls.

The room was clean but some spots were quite dusty. Pillow cases were stained (but they were clean). The wifi connection was not great.

No daylight in the room, therefore probably more quiet in the interior facing rooms.
