Puri Mas Boutique Resort & Spa

I loved my stay here. The staff was so nice and good to us. It's a little bit older place but I actually liked that about it. It felt like being transported back in time to SE Asia in the 1960s. The pool and view of Agung on Bali was amazing. Everything was good.

Only thing was the yoga, which was canceled after we were transported there. It was not a big deal, though.

Staff were wonderful and hospitable. Area was clean, scenic. Food was great at the resort

The bathroom was outside so air conditioning couldn’t reach it. Recommend having a glass door as a barrier so AC can reach

They upgraded my room. Gave me the best villa in the resort. I would highly recommend it to everyone

Bugs . But this thing is quite normal in tropical islands

Perfect private villa for honeymooners and couples. Great on site F&B service (pizza,french fries, evening seafood) . Their pool is amazing with a direct view to Mount Agung in Bali. Direct access to the sea. The resort has a private yoga and relax garden as well.

The room was great as they gave us an u[grade to a Jacuzzi suite for 5 days.Great space and luxury. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely. Grounds attractive and pool was fab.Along the road a ta were many warungs and small or resort restaurants and bars to choose from for a variety of experiences.

I loved everything about this property! The rooms are clean and well-designed. The property is gorgeous. The shared pool is beautiful, and the private pools in the Villas are clean and well-maintained. The landscape staff does a wonderful job making all of the gardens look perfect. The location is ideal. Very Peaceful and relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful, and want you to enjoy yourself. I loved it!

Location was a bit hard to get transportation especially using apps and the price is higher then the rest of Lombok

Puri Mas was such a unique, authentic place. Being there felt very special. Our villa was fantastic, and having a private pool was priceless. The room & bed was super comfy and super big villa! Lots of character. Watching the sunset from the pool was amazing. Lovely staff, especially Jae. Made us feel so special.

The restaurant had a great selection, but the food was remarkably tasteless. That was a bit disappointing.

The atmosphere, gardening, and sea view

Rooms were spacious and clean, loved the jacuzzi and beach front restaurant. Food options were great and probably the best Indian food you might get in the Sengiggi area. Lovely staff.

If you request an extra bed, pay attention to that fact the cost is per night and its a detail easy to miss.

Great location on beach. Well right next to big sandy beach with local fishermen on it. Don’t let the guy who said it was a rocky beach put you off because you only have to walk 15 m from the pool and you step onto the sandy beach. And yes you can watch the turtles from the bar with a good happy hour cocktail. Or have breakfast watching the surfers.

The fridge in our room didn’t work and the walls were a little thin.

From arrival to departure it was a excellent. The staff couldn't have been any better, it was an amazing experience. Ketut, our extra friendly waitress,in particular, made our stay so pleasurable. The food was great and the chef catering to our special requests for a more authentic lombok food experience made the dining extra special.Would recommend this resort to anyone traveling to lombok.

The room was really nice and the jacuzzi too. The staff were adorable and super accommodating, they provided for any need that we had during our stay. Pool was really good and activities were able to be booked through the hotel

The only thing was the breakfast, more options would have been great.

Food was very average. Breakfast was terrible. Very limited choice on the buffet.The main parts of the hotel like restaurant and sitting area overlooking ocean is very tired and dated. This is not a beach to sit and relax on. At high tide the water breaks over the wall into the restaurant and you can’t sit outside.The pool at the spa is really pretty but felt like we were invading the General managers space as she lives opposite the pool.

Everything was perfect ?. Great private villa with pool, the main swimming pool is just amazing with the view of the mount agung. Definitely coming back next time

Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, above and beyond staff and fantastic cocktails. Amazing massage and loved the yoga sessions too

Next to a nice beach. You can walk to other 5 star properties along the beach for a dining options. Nice big room. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble.

The mosquito nesting over the beds were a bit dusty. Some rooms have outdoor bathrooms so expect insects (not a problem, just know about it).

This reflects a remarkable level of integrity and security within the resort.**Security:**The security personnel were ever-present, diligently ensuring the safety of guests both within the resort and during outings. Their vigilance provided an added layer of comfort.**Spa:**The spa staff exemplified professionalism and kindness, consistently attending to guests' needs with a caring touch.**General Staff:**Despite their continuous presence, the staff's efficiency was so seamless that you often felt as though they were invisible, expertly fulfilling their roles without intruding on your experience.**Resort Manager:**The resort manager demonstrated a genuine commitment to every guest and staff member. Her meticulous attention to detail and professional demeanor was evident throughout my stay.**Special Circumstance:**During my stay, I unfortunately experienced a health issue, and I was astounded by the immediate response from the medical team. They arrived at my room promptly, conducting all necessary tests and examinations with remarkable care. Their continuous follow-up on my condition was exceptional.All departments staff showcasing the dedication and asking about the improvement.**Resort:**The location is breathtaking, the facilities are top-notch, and the pricing is astonishingly reasonable.

Very peaceful and quiet place!Delicious food, beautiful sunset, and warm welcoming.The kind staff made the perfect holiday for my family in Lombok.
