    • It's cozy and right in the city center. Breakfast is the standard El Salvadorian breakfast you get everywhere but it tasted pretty good
    • THE BREATFAST WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT LOCATION AMAZING! THANK YOU I BE BACK.
    • Excellent location, right by the central park and next to a gorgeous church. Love hearing the bells ring. Very charming hotel, clean, basic room, firm mattress just as I like. Very friendly staff, loved meeting Cosmo their resident hotel greeter. Love the ambiance.

    Cons -

    • The area gets loud and busy on the weekends. The front desk has earplugs for you. You have to find parking on the streets and it does get a bit busy on the weekends. Not necessarily a negative but it doesn't feel like a hotel. Seems like a large home they converted into a hotel.
    • THE SHOWER HEAD DIDNT LIKE IT CAUSE IS ON THE CEILING HAD IT WASH MY HAIR ALL THE TIME, BUT EVERYTHING WASA GREAT EXCEPT THE CABLE DIDNT WORK..
    • A couple more towels would be good. No got water in the shower.

    Underwhelming

I can't see how this can be rated a 3 star facility - especially given comparisons to other hotels in the vicinity. The first room was offered had no window and the second only a tiny one onto an internal courtyard. The lamp didn't even have a lampshade, there was no tea/coffee in the room and the bathroom was small and outdated.

Intimate boutique hotel, quiet, great location, and overall cozy feeling. Also has park across the street and laundromat is walking distance!

The staff was friendly and courteous. Very helpful and accommodating. Rooms and facility were very clean and the breakfast was really good.

It’s across the street from a club so music will go on till the wee hours of then night. Also our bed wasn’t very comfortable.

    It was clean and cozy.

The location and no private parking.

    7NycolePosted on: 4-2-2024

The staff was extremely friendly! The outside of the building was a bit alarming as it is gated but once inside it is like a beautiful haven! There is a nice rooftop with great views at night and during the day. It is located right across from the Ahuachapan sqaure and church. The breakfast was delightful!

The outside did not look like an airbnb or hotel. Street parking.

We love this hotel. We travel regularly between Guatemala City and Tegucigalpa for work and love to stay here to break the journey. It’s a very central location, right on the square with food stalls at the weekends. We happily leave our car outside on the road as it feels very safe there. The beds are comfortable and the staff lovely and friendly.

    Nothing, I can’t fault it.

Very well maintained in a beautiful historic complex right on parque central. Feels very homely with many private corners. With the current changes in El Salvador, the entire town feels very lively and peaceful with lots of food options right around the hotel. Breakfast was "only" the traditional option, but well and freshly prepared and served in all the little private corners of the hotel. Staff is very friendly.

It's not ideal that there is no dedicated loading spot in front of the hotel. It's not immediately obvious how parking works, and while it's pretty straightforward once you know, some info beforehand would be great.

Nice complementary breakfast, extremely friendly staff.

There was confusion of payment. Initially, they said I had prepaid then the next day they said I still needed to pay. I think I worked it out but the booking.com website was a little confusing and of course I had very spotty Internet connection.

Central location, near the church, park, restaurants, etc.

WIFI does not work in my room. Had to use the area near the Reception Desk

The location was fantastic right next to the plaza. It was clean and the room was large and comfy. The time of check in got mixed up but they were accomodating. For some reason they thought we were checking in at 5:00 am rather than pm. So we were happy they hadn't rented it out. This is also a historic building so the history was interesting.Right behind the hotel is a walkway with little restaurants and we had pupusa's that were great and reasonably priced and enjoyed walking around. They also have parking available in a vacant lot nearby. Also staying here gave us a little more time to explore on the Ruta de Flores. I wasn't too sure about it, but all was well in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was not that great. Usually, the typical breakfasts are really good in El Salvador but I think they order from somewhere else.

    Location only

Bathroom with a leak, awful toiletries amenities and no parking available

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was as lovely as we remembered it. The beds are comfortable with good air conditioning. It's a beautiful colonial building next to the church. The usual weekend food stalls next to the hotel, were boosted by Christmas celebrations, which was a lot of fun.

Great location, nice roof terrace, friendly staff, breakfast included.

The hotel was so interesting with all art and paintings. Prime location, right across the main square. They had a roof balcony and it was very cute! Breakfast was amazing and tasted homemade. Service was amazing! Everyone was so helpful.

    The bed was very hard

The staff were so lovely!! They really value customer service and so would go out of their way to please you!!! They are very nice people!! I liked the cooking staff as they did notice that we didn't eat all our breakfast one morning and so offered us an alternative which was very observant of them and thoughtful. The young man at the front desk was a pleasure to see and talk to (with the help of google translator, hee, hee)
