Great location, roomy rooms. Nice pool, great breakfast.

Needs more outdoor seating areas, to sit around the pool and watch kids swim. Chairs outside of the room, etc. No outlets in the kitchen made making coffee awkward. More towels, tissues, a floor mat so the kids don't track water in after swimming.

My room was smelling like sewer, the pool was black when we came.And not to many options from the kitchen and dinner

The room was huge and the deck was great to sit out and look at the ocean. The property is right on the beach which is very walkable. Inside the room was everything you expect in a hotel room with so much room.

Really the only improvement I would make would be a restaurant. Since the hotel is a little off the beaten path I can see how it would be difficult to make it pay. There is no elevator so stairs to the 3rd floor but it is only 2 flights so really I am nit picking.

They did not have a dedicated facility of their own for food. Gojek however was good for ordering in food.

The space was big with lots of complimentary water.

No restaurant on site, we had to walk to another hotel (which was much nicer!). The room needed updating. No towels were provided for the pool.

The view is very beautiful, the room is clean and perfectly fit for my family. The staff is nice, and the food extraordinary, They have American and Indonesian food.

The Hotel is located at the beach, which was nice. They have a pool, but you have to wear proper swimwear. The apartment was big, with a big living room and cooking area. There‘s a water refill station inside the apartment.

They didn‘t mention the proper swimwear anywhere on the internet.

The place is amazing, there is a grass yard and tables and chair where we can sit around or eat, right by the pool. And the pool is nice with relaxing chair on the side, and the beach right in front of the hotel, the rooms are veeerryyyy spacious, big sofa, kitchen and bathroom, everything is very nice.

The staff. Really. Mostly they dont available when we need something. And when they are available, they group themselves near guest's relaxing area, they laugh and chit chat with loud voice, and they even spit on the grass yard!! And they said breakfast is served at 8am, whereas actually breakfast already served at 6am at the other property with the same owner. Im really disapointed because some of us need to check out earlier and we need breakfast earlier. So we have to walk ourselves to the other property to order our own breakfast. There at the other property, they told us that actually breakfast is served from 6am. So angry at the staff at our place.

The staff were wonderful. They went above and beyond, especially the man who helped when my daughter was sick in the middle of the night. Thank you for your assistance! Bed was comfy, AC great, room big enough for 2 adults 2 kids. Karimunjawa isn't a place you want to spend all day in a room anyway so it's just everything you need! Location is very central but just out of the busyness!

Small pool and too deep for childreen

Spacious and clean two-bedroom apartment; perfect for our family of four. The living room was comfortable and attractively furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water were great. The property was also quiet and peaceful. Our two sons (ages 6 and 10) especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast, with real bacon and delicious croissants.

The beach behind the hotel had quite a bit of trash; however, it was still enjoyable to walk along the beach to the nearby restaurants, and Bandengan Beach with its clean white sand was only a 20-minute drive away.
