The check in staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
It was a little noisy in my room, due to works going on outside of the hotel, but that is not the hotels fault
The location, clean, secure
A lovely, clean room which had just been recently upgraded. There was a bath, a table with chairs to sit and eat at. Great selection of television programs. The reception staff are great and upgraded me for no extra charge so my car and myself could be secure. There is a gate.
It was quiet due to being the wet season. So, it was hard to find somewhere to eat and thus I ate McDonalds which I don't normally.

I asked for the invoice, the lady said she will send to my email but I have not received it for a week.

It was very comforting and close to all shopping centres and transport and very clean.The staff was excellent.
No sink in the kitchenette
The room is fine for a short stay. It has tea and coffee facilities and cutlery etc.
The bath in the bathroom was a bit grotty (through wear and tear) and needs resurfacing.
The pool was nice and we visited it a number of times - see photo.The room was adequate with a nice queen size bed.There were no cooking facilities, only a kettle and from memory, there wasn't a toaster. It didn't matter to us in any case because we had dinner at the Katherine Workers Club (highly recommended) and made our own continental breakfast with supplies we drew from our fridge equipped 4 WD.
The hotel is just off main street but it fence-line abuts onto the shopping centre where undesirables congregate after-hours so it can be rowdy. The separating fence was lined with razor wire so it keeps them out.

Central location. Cool air con. Comfy bed. Quiet. Bath. Laundry facilities. Restaurant on site.
Office not always open during business hours, had to make a call and wait. The security gate to the carpark was broken and had to be opened and shut manually, and couldn't actually be locked.
Easy to find and walking distance to shops
