Comfortable night spent with plenty of space in room.Staff pleasant and willing to help

Really well appointed hotel. Quiet and clean and we were very comfy there.
Not much at all to improve- maybe just be a little careful with hot water on shower as it was possibly a little over aggressive on the heat.
Everything is clean, the AC works well, free secured car park (which was really nice considering night life in Katherine). The extra bed (if you travel with a kid). The full size fridge. The staff are helpful.
-The room is kinda small : there is no unit for the kitchenware : the cutlery is stored in the bedside table, the single glass is in the fridge. The kettle and the toaster are on the full size fridge. No microwave (they said it has one in our reservation) : but I'm sure if you ask for it, the staff will provide it to you.-The room are not soundproof : you can hear people and cars out of the street - same for your neighbors.
K-Town was super clean and nice and quiet. The pool was amazing.
Easy check-in and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable after a long trip & had a nice features like a full sized fridge. The pool in the hotel was great for a quick dip on a warm day.
Nothing - the hotel was great for a short stay and exploring the Katherine area.
Rooms felt fresh and clean.
Stayed on 2 occasions, one room was alot better than the other, but paid the same price. Absolutely no soundproofing, in fact the worst in my travels.
The free washing machine is great. Fridge was big as well as TV. Bathroom is big and modern
Kitchen fan/light was not connected to electricity it seems…The place need more trees
Clean, quiet and slightly away from the sometimes chaotic main road in town. Easy walking distance to catch the Greyhound to Darwin. Better expected.

Place is a bit dated and could do with a refreshed
Cold water in the refrigerator was a very nice surprise!
