Pretty basic but clean place. Expensive for the facilities provided.

I like the location.

Very noisy. Patrons in nearby rooms were fighting all night and shouting, and banging. My kids got traumatised by teh the noise of witnessing domestic violence.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little squeaky so each time I moved it would squeak.

Location is great - 5 mins walk to the shopping centre and supermarket. Close to Airport which is great.

Room a bit dated but to be honest - it has been a positive experience. Will visit again.

The booking was easy, it was easy to access the room key after hours arrival, and easy to find your room.

Not a very comfortable stay

3rd floor room, no lift, way in back. Difficult to get our gear to the tiny, dirty room. Way over priced, not very close to anything on foot.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Just one problem was we did not have hot water for 3 days, staff were helpful but unable to fix it but finally moved us to another room which was much better. In both rooms we were in there was too much noise from the adjacent rooms.

The door to property after hours was very hard to open which was no good trying to get in in the dark

Location was great, so was the whole place, love the trees and pool area. Room was nice and clean, some utensils in the kitchen werent there but we worked around it. Friendly staff that communicated everything really well. The after hours check-in and check-out is very well set up, made it super easy. I also like the fenced parking, it felt safe.

We did not like how the rooms are connected with the air shaft as the people next door to us were incredibly loud on the first night and on the other two nights people above us were loud, slumming the sliding door and sounded like moving a furniture or trolleys at 2-3am. It was a shame because it was a lovely place but we really needed a good sleep which didnt happen. Also someone kept smoking and the whole place was smelling of smoke.

The location, close to the airport, the size of the apartment, it was fairly quiet on the 2nd floor, friendly staff, cleanliness, we were impressed and happy that two handymen fixed our door lock and toilet very soon after we reported the problems.

* We had an unrenovated room (we didn't mind the retro room too much, but we felt it could have been cheaper, especially as we stayed for 17 nights).* Although we understand the need for security, the outside was lit up too brightly at night - hence the bedroom was too light. Perhaps installing pelmets in the bedrooms would help. * The shower pipes were very noisy. It was a challenge to be able to adjust the shower to achieve a pleasant water temperature with the right pressure and minimal noise. * Our room was only serviced weekly (although clean towels and top-up tea, coffee etc could be obtained as needed). We were frustrated that for both weeks, our room was not put on the cleaning roster by the receptionist, It wouldn't have been cleaned (and linen changed) if we hadn't chased it up.

We didn’t stay there we didn’t even go inside the apartments, it felt like an unsafe part of town to stay at with the family especially since we had to get up and leave before daylight

The location was great and while they're older apartments they are well appointed, with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. They are very clean and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying there again.

Location, ease of stay, fully functional kitchen and price.

Blanket and pillows was questionable. 2 beds, only 1 blanket. Warning sign on the wall was not very welcoming.Shower curtain is mouldy.Beds where uncomfortable.Wifi is very poor, phones could not connect, so using the television was out of the question.Photos on website are deceiving.

The air conditioning, location and pool

Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable.

Nowhere to put bags etc. A chair and small table would have been a useful addition. As it was I had to use the ironing board to double as a table.

Nice room and it was clean, good parking Customer service is terrible and they don’t respond to any questions. Took us 3 weeks to get a refund for an overpayment

Location not far from shops and bus stops. Good basic and clean accommodation. Amenities, kitchen, coffee tea much appreciated!

A bigger Tv . TV in bedroom as well would be good.

The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. Clean and tidy with good amenities.
