- Extremely professional, helpful, smart staff. They remembered our names, handled any request swiftly and politely. 10 all around.
- The attentive personable staff. Front desk remembered our names, offered to store our luggage and generally made us feel welcome.

- An electric blanket on the bed would have been nice.

The large spa bath was just bliss,I also liked the kitchen facilities and the comfortable bed
