- Loved buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room was great. Staff were amazing, loved the smiles and energy they gave.
- It was all good.
- Great staff with well thought through daily activities. Kids club and arrangements were well organised
Cons -
- Pool was a bit cool. Glass bottom boat needed the glass cleaned.
- Food at lunch, would have liked to be able to maybe make a toasted sandwich, no facilities to do that and ingredients weren't there for it.
- Food options could be better for vegetarians and price on buffet could be catered separately.

Outdated ,not cleaned breakfast was same thing everyday .
Staff was not pleasant
The kids’ club and nanny services were helpful for families.•The spa, located on the hill, offers a stunning view and a truly relaxing experience.•The restaurants served food that was better than what we’ve had at other Fijian resorts. Food in Fiji can be hit or miss, but we found it to be of good quality here.
Loud party noise at night: Music from on-site events and nightclub often went on until midnight, disturbing our children’s sleep.•Lack of action from staff: Multiple complaints about the noise were initially ignored; only temporary fixes were made.•Construction noise: Our bure was next to an active construction site. We requested a room change but were told work would stop—yet it continued throughout our stay.•Cancelled “free” scuba diving: No prior notice was given when the instructor was unavailable.•Overbooked diving experience: Despite arriving early the next day, we were denied access. Staff prioritized guests based on potential for paid bookings.•Commercial atmosphere: Reception had loud attractions like a VR motorcycle, which felt out of place for a tranquil family resort.•Inconsistent identity: The resort felt torn between being a family-friendly destination and a party venue.•Minimal apology: Staff responses were limited to short app messages, without real resolution or follow-up.
The staff were very friendly and always smiling Very Helpful
The All inclusive was extremely disappointing and not worth the extra money. Our first room the view was of 4 outdoor air conditioners which were loud. Messaged through the app and finally got moved two days later.
It was a charming location with excellent entertainment, nestled within a natural setting.
The staffs at the dining room were too good.....need people like this at the front desk. Just watched how they were upfront with their service
Booked room for couple and 3 daughters on line for 1 night stay since my direct calls were not answered. Charged 1 family room about 700FJD plus and another room at 500fjd plus. Total of 1250fjd plus which was not worth it at all. Checked in around 2pm to the family room while the other room we were sent to was in a mess and not ready until 3:30pm despite notifying staff. Around 7:30pm, then staff knocking on our door to remove the empty shower gel etc but we declined as we already use our own stuff and children already sleeping. No light in the other room family room. During check out, we called reception for porter, nobody turned up so we have to carry all our luggage to reception then car park. Customers paid for the service and we hope to see that it is worth the price and level of service upgraded.
Traveled 32 countries, fiji is the only country I don't want to go back
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay here, couldn't wait to leave, rooms smell damp and there were always ants and cockroaches on all the furniture in the room, they desperately need to spray the rooms and we had 2 rooms. We booked 2 rooms as they said there wasn't a room available for 2 adults and 3 kids, when we arrived one room had enough beds for us all to be in 1 room but they insisted we needed 2. They also said the rooms would be together, which they weren't, they eventually moved us next door to each other, which we had to keep asking for. The food at the buffet is not worth the money, flavorless, either not cooked or overcooked. Tired to live off the bread, and that was rock hard most days. You can order food which is also overpriced. The pool was nice, but the bar seemed dirty and understaffed like the restaurant. You will be waiting for a very long time for anything even to be served. Some of the staff are quite rude (not all), very slow, and made a mistake with anything we ordered. We had booked a dinner at the bamboo terrace for dinner when we showed up we were told that we booked it for a different day (a day we were not going to be there) by this time we had had enough of the service and got very upset with them. I went to a manager who tried to fix this and pre-order our food so we won't be waiting for the food and go to our booking an hour later. We were still waiting a very long time, kids falling asleep by this point, so pre-order was not worth doing and just a waste of time. We will never return to this place, and we will be telling whoever we know not to go there. Clean yourself up, Naviti, all inclusive is also not worth it. The massages they offer you are better off going to the blue hut - short walk down the beach.
This place was paradise for us . Perfect place to relax . No worries .The amenities was great . Had a great time relaxing by the pool. Plenty of activities as well . The staff was amazing, friendly and just made our stay even more pleasurable. Will definetly recommend . Value for money .
The weather
The food was not great buffet, which was very expensive . Asked cleaner for smaller pillows as pillows are too high felt ignored myself and partner used our jumpers the whole 7days of our visit. $250 each per day to upgrade to inclusive package was not worth it. $80 to drive us to town return very expensive this was my 2nd time to Fiji naviti if I knew it was this expensive I would have went to Bali instead.
The room and the facilities were worn out and tired. The buffet for breakfast was only.It felt expensive for the experience. This resort does all inclusive so perhaps if I’d have gone for that option I’d have felt it was worth it.
The staff
Ants in roomOther guests rude to staffBeach not nice
Staff were lovely
Ants in the room, no clothes line.other guests made the experience bad as it was all you can eat and drink they would get drunk and silly saving pool chairs even when not there.. buffet food wasn’t great - Mexican night no Mexican food ..Not a great beach to swim.. the paid Chinese restaurant was the worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten..
Family of 5 with kids aged 6 & 4. Rooms are a little outdated however were clean & tidy, buffet breakfast had ample options for both adults & kids. Pool & daily activities kept the kids entertained throughout our stay.
It was cleaned thoroughly daily, staff were incredibly helpful, and food was great ! Facilities and activities were great
Possibly that it is 2 hours from airport. But staff helped find so many local activities it didn’t matter
Excellent location Great breakfast very friendly staff ..Bula Bula...Dinner af Nuku .awesome n Great service
The staff were exvellent, pool was pretty big with a great bar. The property is a sprawling lush estate with a golf course, humongus trees and endless manicured lawns. The sheer size made us happy! There was so much to explore just at the resort.
Rooms are showing their age, esp the sliding doors are too heavy to move. The wifi coverage was pretty poor and so was the in room entertainment.
EVERYTHING! Had everything we needed at the resort. We knew it was a bit of a drive from the Port (1.5hr) so made sure we organised alternative accommodation before moving to the Coral Coast. Food was great, although repetitive and we weren’t a fan of some cuisines they had at the buffet, the meals kept us full and there were other options at other restaurants. Rooms were serviced daily and kept clean & tidy. Activities galore which was fantastic.
The computer during check out was on Fiji time lol but all in all, GREAT stay and we’ll be back.
Access to snorkelling.
The rooms are outdated, air conditioning doesn’t work well. Bunk beds unstable. Not many options to eat outside of resort.
