Airport Ace Hotel

Super friendly staff and accommodating. I came in early around 11am and check in was not until 2pm but the staff allowed me in anyway. They were able to call a taxi for me at 4:30 am because I had an early flight. Highly recommend!

Staff bring my luggage to my room made broken & damaged to my luggage.. when I give him $2 Fiji, He has had not happy on his face so I gave him $2 more.

It was good value, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

AC was not cleaned you can see all the webs around it and dust on top of it. It actually made me sick the very next day, started off with coughing and eventually flu. Pleade keep the AC clean!

The staff was friendly, the food was great and the room was in great condition. They also let me check in early.

Location and the warm hospitality of the staff.From Shyreen to Jake and other staff demonstrated superior customer service and always aaproached us with smile patience and respect. They surely add value to this Hotel

There was no free breakfast

Room is dirty, TV remote control barely working need battery replace, no hot water in shower, bathroom is dirty.

The room was quite comfortable, and I really enjoyed the view from the balcony.

The pool closes at 7pm and having stayed a night at the hotel, I couldn't use many facilities provided. It would be better if the pool stays open at least till 8pm.

Great location close to airport for early morning flight. Room was clean and aircon sufficient for a good night sleep. Organizing taxi for local trips and to the airport was perfect.

Toilet was impossible not to clog.Restaurant great to have on site but nearly an hour wait for food and not good quality.Snacks from reception old or out of date.

I like how the staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was nice but small space. The bathroom air freshner was too strong and unpleasant. The wifi can work only on certain corners of the area.

I had to drag my bag all the way up and it was uncomfortable. I got into my room all clean but I saw the bathroom, there was toilet paper residue there. The aircon didn't work well.

The staff were really nice and accommodating with our requests.

The water wouldn’t go down the drain when using the shower and it would soak up the whole bathroom floor.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me when I had a problem with finding my passport that was left at another hotel. The room was at ground level so it was good to have a choice where I didn't need to carry bags up a flight of stairs. It was good the Hotel was approximately 5 minutes from the airport.

The shower had mould and the TV had only 3 channels with very poor reception. The power cut out because it required a mobile generator to electrify the hotel. Thankfully the blackout lasted a relatively short time. Just under a half hour. The path outside the rooms was uneven and this was a danger when walking at night. The road to the hotel was essentially an unsealed 3rd world country track.

Great location

1. Hotel NEVER responded to any of my emails.2. One of the bath towels provided had dark stains.3. Found cockroaches and a spider in my room. 4. The bed only had one sheet, no blanket or comforter was provided.

I like the room, it's cozy and clean. The staff are helpful. I think they have a 24-hour reception available.

I arrived after midnight. They gave me a room that was already occupied. I was trying to open the door when a man from inside the room yelled. So, I had to wait for around 30 minutes to get my room sorted.

The room was very clean. The security who helped me with my baggage and the girl who attended to me at the front desk were exceptional.The wakeup call and taxi service were right on time.

Room size, air conditioning, beds, were good. Pool was also a good size but a bit dirty.

The bathroom in the upstairs family rooms had a bad odor after running any water. Suspect to do with standing water in pipes but odor was quite overpowering...Although we booked for 4 people arriving late the pull out couch bed was not made and bedding wasnt provided until we asked. With small kids arriving on a late flight this was a bit of a pain as delayed getting them to bed.Kind of by itself down a dead end street but we only stayed one night so was fine.

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET CHARGED DOUBLE

Be careful of this hotel. The staff are NOT HONEST!!!!!I was charged twice for my accommodation. Apparently they charged my credit card but when I asked the Reception if they've charged my card, they said THEY HAVEN'T. So I paid again using a different card. Turned out it was a lie as I found 1 more transaction on my credit card. I asked them to refund to one of my cards, I even enclosed the proof of the double transaction BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND!!!BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL !!!!! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AT ALL FOR THEIR DISHONESTY!!!!
