Location

The location was good, the breakfast was not what I expected and not buffet, the room was too hot and the air condition was not working.

Breakfast and Aircondition, do please provide clean and thick towels.

Wonderful location. Great hours for check-in. Used the room for the day to rest and take shower before Embarking on Cruise. New Owner very helpful securing a Taxi to Port. Free service from Hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. ( advertised free breakfast), but could purchase more selections. Will book again when departing from Fiji on the ship.

Good staff at reception

Poor attitude of the manager. She was angry at us most of the time, rude to our family. She has poor customer service and she confronts in a rude manner.The free breakfast was closed before allocated time so we missed out.

Perfect location if you need a place to stay for one night between flying in and taking a boat from Port Denarau. Staff couldn't have been nicer. There is a restaurant on premises and a mall with a grocery store literally next door where you can buy your supplies for the Yasawa Islands. Restaurants and the main market are close. Free airport p/u and the room price was cheap.

The hotel is older and looks a bit run down. It might turn off some folks with expensive tastes, but I thought it was just fine.

Breakfast is okay. Visitors can buy extra if they need more. Location is excellent

Nothing to me

We booked a family room, room was okay also location is also good. Near to all the amenities.Breakfast was pathetic. Every day 3 pic toast bread with lil bit of butter and jam .. an coffee is like water.

Unfriendly, unprofessional and unsupportive staff, very bad facilities, restaurant attached, but when you ask for food, staff says no oil. Toilet flush not working properly, WiFi not available, only available in some spots, not in the room., bad smelling room.....

The credit card machine is not working. Poor WiFi connection in the room.very poor breakfast, they give you nearly nothing and the hotel is rather worn and needs renovation urgently!

The staff made up for the property, they were so lovely

Despite the no noise policy, other guests were very loud, the room was dirty and had roaches, there was no lift so had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the room, breakfast was toast and tea or coffee, sheets were stained

Proximity within Nadi is excellent

The smell of our room was strong like the wood had been recently varnished, we tried airing it out but that didn't help.
