- We arrived at 9pm and didn't get in our room until 11.30pm, because it wasn't ready. Dinner the next night. I recieved my meal 20 mins after my wife had finished hers and it was stone cold when I got it. When we left we found a dead rat outside our room

The staff, do not trust them and do not go through them for excursions. They had a surcharge they tell you one price it turns out to be something different, then the person who gave you the wrong price they sent to a different hotel for the rest of stay

Stayed in Oceanside balcony king. Room was great and the balcony, view was wonderful. Staff was very accommodating and helped carry luggage up stairs (no elevator). Ate 2 dinners at restaurant - good food and prices. Big supermarket nearby.

Rooms need cleaning better. The main area was mopped daily but lots of dirt around the rest of the room. Sheets and blankets not changed between each guest in the dorm room.

Mold on the ceiling and around bath sink. Bathroom floor needs replacing . Air conditioner unit and fan were not close to the bed and it was hard to stay cool. We were in the old part of hotel , other side may have been better.
Smugglers Cove has a fun vibe. It is located right on the beach with restaurant seating with excellent views of the nightly sunset. I highly recommend getting an ocean view balcony. Sunday evenings there is a great show with fire dancing!
The floor of the room had not been washed in a awhile and although we requested this of the housekeeper when she asked about our room, no action was taken.
The spa was incredible. I would go back for that and for that only.
Wow, where to begin. No towels in the room. Service was absolutely appalling beginning with a rude welcome at reception. Had to beg for service to get a drink and lunch was worse. Breakfast we waited an hour and finally walked out. Checked out a day early
Convenient location near Nadi airport yet far enough away to feel like you're not at an airport hotel. Bar and restaurant open until 11pm so we were able to eat after getting in late. Staff was super helpful and the room met our needs at a great price.
The walls were thin, bring ear plugs if a light sleeper. The bathroom needs some work (broken tiles and blackening grout) and the AC didn't work well.

We only stayed there one night as we were leaving the next day, and it was perfect! It was on the beach, it had lounge chairs, an outside dining area, and that evening they had a dance show performed by the locals. I would highly recommend this hotel
