It?s location, dining area, staff, cleanliness.

Aged bathroom. Leaky sink faucet. Shower area is to small to even soap up legs.

Nothing! We left and did not complete my stay. The room was OVERRATED! Whomever rate this hotel did not see the room I was rented. Not three stars, more like two and a half stars.

Yes!!! The room was dingy and tiny, the bathroom difficult and tiny, the Air-condition did not work, the curtains had stains and holes in them. Then, the noise level was so loud through the walls & a band that was to place 7pm-11pm. No way!!!

Airport shuttle.

At check in my highly acceptable Master Card was denied. The Credit Card company said they hadn't receive notice, therefore stated the hotels system is not up to par.

Customer services and food.Swimming pool and there is a live entertainment every Friday. Quiet and comfortable place to stay - well secure.

Breakfast was great.Beautiful dining area; huge and spacious.

I didn't like the rooms.

Room and bathroom were too tiny, cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.

Did not provide the room as advertised.Gave away booked room and put an elderly woman in a trailer with a long walk behind the main building.Room had only one light and one switch and was very run down.I booked this room for my mother 6 months in advance.

Staff is always accommodating from check in, to serving in the restaurant to checking out! even very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us arrange transport for needed services. Very kind when other family had to meet us there and didn’t complain about us in the lobby. Restaurant food is always exceptional and filling!! Check out super fast and efficient! Highly recommend staying here as their prices and service are the best in town!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and we absolutely loved the breakfast provided. The vegetable dishes in the morning were superb—compliments to the cooks! I would highly recommend this place to other small families looking for a relaxing vacation. Overall, our experience was very positive.

The only minor downside was that the bathroom felt a bit small for a deluxe room.

The front desk worker was very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable.

There was no bus shuttle to pick us up from the airport but no harm done.

We were moved to Tanoa International Hotel and the staff were amazing! My kids loved the pool!

Didn’t have the breakfast as was leaving early morning. Close to airport and good shuttle service. Hotel staff were very welcoming.

Very basic room for price paid. Felt a little uncomfortable as young kids playing around by door to our room. All in all could do with a good spruce up to match the price.

Unfortunately nothing

The so-called free Airport Shuttle did not show up. Waiting over 30 minutes nothing even though I booked well in advance, had confirmation that there will be one. After waiting 30 minutes I rang their reception and the lady said they would call the shuttle, after another 10 minutes I gave up and took a taxi who charged me $10.When I got to reception I explained what happened to the reception lady and all she said was that the shuttle was at the airport. No apologies, no accountability at all. Very poor customer service experience. I even messaged them via the Booking app but up till now I'm already checked out and there's still no response at all.This hotel should be renamed to Motel, very basic facilities, old rooms and worst experience. The room size is like a prison cell and smells like a toilet in the room not worth the price of the $150 NZD I paid.

The property needs a serous renovation and copious tins of paint. Furniture in the room dark, small TV, very slow Wi-Fi (1.6mbps) and unusable. Not worth $230AUD/night

Just the location

The hotel is run down! The room is very dirty

The workers at the front counter were sooooo nice and also very helpful and resourceful. All of them. Their kindness made up for the stay.

The pillows & sheets in our room were so gross, —it smelled like a sweaty old person used it prior to us. I had to used my own clothing & scarf to cover our pillows-we didn’t use the sheets/blankets. Please wash the pillow cases and sheets. We didn’t feel like calling front desk because 1) we arrived super late and 2)we just wanted to rest because we were so tired from traveling and we needed to catch a early flight the next morning. That’s all. Breakfast buffet was ok.

Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly, love the green all around the hotel and rooms in units scattered around the garden away from the main building.
