Ramada Suites by Wyndham Wailoaloa Beach Fiji

The employees, and afternoon female patio server, are so warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. A credit to the hotel. Our room was very clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed and bedding.

We got what we expected in the hotel and location. A bit out of the way if you don’t have a car, but there is a supermarket 3 min away The bathroom in the room could do with some cleanup with mold areas in the caulking, but it’s humid there so we get it.

Being able to share the beach & restaurants/bars with other resorts nearby. And that the bus could pick us up & drop us off at hotel entrance!

Food wasn’t the best :(

I liked the friendliness of this hotel and how nice the staff is. Our room was amazing and the views were beautiful. The location was great. Felt it was located in the middle of everywhere you needed to go in the Nadi area.

The only issues we had with this hotel was the hot water. There were moment it wasn’t working and only had warm water but that was throughout the hotel. Other than the water issue, everything else was great.

Reasonable prices for the restaurant, great amenities (washer, dryer, microwave, furnishings)

Head concierge and airport driver were helpful

Check in staff inefficient; still have not received the $250 room deposit; one of our party was asked for compensation for a broken iron. Who uses an iron in Fiji?

Loved the hotel, we were not expecting to have laundry services in our room which ended up being useful. Friends stayed next to us and they felt like we had chose the better hotel.

Rooms were spacious for a family of 4 adults and was nice to have 2 bathrooms

Washer and dryer was the the disappointing feature. It did not work and the hot air from the dryer was coming inside the room and the floor became wet.The restaurant was also disappointing . It did not open on time in the morning and in the evening it took 2 hrs for a family order .

The property was beachside, even though the room was not beachfront; the sea was visible from our room. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Couldn't extend stay since rooms were booked. There was limited parking space available on the property (5 only for guest).

The staff is extrondinary

The younger staff were a bit more corned with their phone.And security when staying at smugglers gave the local friend I was visiting a hard time

Terrace restaurant - food and views were great and staff very helpful and friendly.

The mattress and pillows are uncomfortable - mattress is hard and pillows are way too soft. The location is between several backpacker type hotels/dorms and the noise levels are extremely loud. It is not a good hotel if you are in Fiji on business.

Had kitchen and laundry in room

It was pricy for what they offered - Crown Plazza was next door almost and significantly nicer and cheaper - must better value.Didn’t like they charge a 3.5% service charge for credit card use - brink cash if you want to avoid this charge - it is common surcharge in Fiji

The staff were incredibly helpful in advance of our arrival, responding quickly to a few questions we emailed over while planning our trip. They were even more helpful in person and incredibly welcoming. The room was great too - very spacious for two people and enough cooking supplies to make some simple meals throughout the week. Proximity to the beach was fantastic, as was the choice of places to eat along the beachfront and in the nearby streets.

The only downside to staying at Wailoaloa Beach is that the airport runway cuts off easier access to anywhere North of Nadi, We had a lot of activities planned north of Nadi on various days, and you effectively have to go around the entire airport as there is no road to the west going North, which made trips 30mins longer and taxis more expensive, especially when hitting rush hour traffic. The hotel itself is great for proximity to Port Denarau and worth the extra travel time to other places.

Comfy bed & reasonably priced rooftop restaurant were the highlights of the hotel.

Beachfront restaurant & pool were disappointing.

The view was great. The hotel staff exceptional. Close to a grocery store and town.

The restaurant that is not affiliated with the hotel has terrible food. Pasta no flavor, kids fish nugget was dry, over cooked and gross. Tacos were okay. It took 45 minutes to get food when we were the only ones that were there. This seemed to be standard at other restaurants too. So good luck eating out

Convenient location: Close to the airport, which makes it practical for transit stays.Beachfront setting: Situated directly at the beach with pleasant sea views and a nice stretch of sand to enjoy.Reasonable pricing for the area: While the rates are high compared to international standards, they are acceptable given the location.

The experience at this hotel was disappointing.Disorganized staff: At check-in I was told everything was fully paid through the booking (they had all my payment details). Yet, after 10 pm I was called and asked to come to reception to pay—something I refused given the late hour. The next morning, a different receptionist again confirmed that everything was paid, only to later change her mind and request payment. If I were the manager of this hotel, I would be seriously concerned about such inconsistency and poor communication.Cleanliness issues: The room was not properly cleaned; there was sand left on the sofa, which is unacceptable.Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail does not reflect well on the hotel’s management.
