Sheraton Denarau Villas

Our wedding Cordinator was very helpful and made the wedding experience amazing. Lost my son’s 22 karat mangalsutra which was part of the wedding ceremony, notified the front desk, there was no sense of urgency. I know there was construction happening, issues with toilet, but no one got back to me if they had found it. It was really expensive, was extremely disappointing to have had that experience. It’s truly heartbreaking.

Pond next to the villa, which had mosquito and couldn’t even enjoy the outdoors. Also issues with the toilets overflowing and there was no sense of urgency.

The villa was located by the water Lilly pond that had so much mosquitoes.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Resort in Denarau. The breakfast was a real highlight – an impressive spread with something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Poolside service was a great touch, perfect for relaxing days in the sun. Plus, with so many dining options across the nearby resorts, dinner was never boring. Highly recommended for a relaxing and well-serviced getaway!

However, we did feel that some of the traditional Fijian charm was missing. The iconic fire torches in the evenings weren’t lit, and the small cultural touches we were hoping for – like frangipani flowers in the room or towel animals – were noticeably absent. These little details make a big difference in creating that special island experience.

The bathrooms by the pool with the swimUp bar never had any soap. The dispenser was broken but there was never replacement available like a bar of soap or a bottle of pump soap.

Our stay at the Sheraton Denarau Villas was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Fijian hospitality and a level of service that made us feel both valued and relaxed.We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom villa that felt like a true home away from home. The villa was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed — including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which were incredibly convenient for our family.One of the biggest highlights was access to all the facilities of the Sheraton and nearby resorts. We enjoyed the beachfront infinity pool, relaxing massages, and delicious meals at the resort restaurants. The buffet breakfasts were fantastic — a wide variety, beautifully presented, and served with a smile.The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Every interaction felt genuine and kind — from housekeeping to reception to the restaurant servers. They greeted us with joy each day, and truly elevated the entire experience.The location on Denarau Island is also ideal — close to the port for day trips and cruises, yet tucked away enough to feel serene and secluded. Whether we were lounging by the pool, walking along the beach at sunset, or enjoying cocktails at the beachfront bar, every moment felt like a slice of paradise.We left completely relaxed and recharged. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning — and next time, we’ll stay even longer! Vinaka to all the Sheraton Team ??

Everything ! We loved our stay here. From the warm welcome from the staff, to the nanny that helps with the kids while you check in, the pools , food and drinks !! Amazing !!!

Buffet breakfast was fabulous and included in our deal, lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, nice apartment style kitchen, good size fridge.

Room serviced daily which is great but didn't refill coffee and did not provide milk or milk capsules to go in coffee or tea. Some days got laundry powder some day not just inconsistent of what different house keepers did.

Breakfast, food, friendly staff. Rooms are huge!

Rooms are old and in need of a renovation

Very Good.Would have preferred an elevated villa on the first floor rather then the ground floor.Cheerful, energetic staff. They even sing Happy Birthday chorus to my wife birthday during breakfast.

Absolutely incredible stay at Sheraton Denarau Villas! From the moment we arrived, the guest services were top-notch—every staff member was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast and dinner were truly the best I’ve ever had, with an amazing selection of delicious dishes that made every meal a highlight. The atmosphere was relaxing, the villas were beautiful, and the overall experience was unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

3% surcharge on credit card and debit card transactions, food and drinks more expensive than at the port, accomodation cost excessive

Beautiful property with plenty of pools to choose from and things to do with young kids. We stayed in the Villas, and they were perfect for a family, and while they are a bit dated they are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. The staff were really friendly, and engaged with the kids and made them feel really special. There are a number of places to eat at the resort to suit your needs, and transport to get to the Marina if needed for cheaper eats and shopping. Loved our stay!

The pool, the welcoming from staff, the attention to detail, the compensation if something is mistaken, the all round experience being at Fiji for the first time

Staff were excellent. Great variety of food options. Pool facilities excellent.

Villas are very tired and certainly in need of an upgrade. Beds are very old and quite uncomfortable.

Everything was good it was just really minor details like the carpets in the reception area was very dirty and could have done with a good clean as it is one of the first things you see when you arrive and sit to wait for your check in

Everything about the Sheraton was perfect! But the breakfast was absolutely next level incredible! I have never seen anything like it in any other resort! Mind Blowing! Completely set my expectations high for every other resort I will ever stay in!

Everything! We have stayed many times and will keep coming back. It is always clean, the beds are amazingly comfortable, staff are friendly and go above and beyond, pools and gardens are always clean and beautiful.

Nothing but could suggest lactose free milk at the wet edge for coffees please!
