From check in to out, we had an amazing time

It's not about liking but if more meal options were available like dairy free,gluten free etc it would be great

Pool, staff are attentive and friendly.

Bathroom is outdated, overly priced room service option is very limited.

As a family of 5 we loved the large apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The rooms were nice and clean.Food at the restaurants was amazing too.Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly.

I think the bathrooms could be better. Other than that it was lovely.

Location was good. Staff were friendly, they did make a huge effort to get everyone involved in activities. Fine if you're looking for self contained where you buy all of your food from a supermarket and cook yourself.

I was sure I had booked my stay with breakfast included as advertised (by a third party not through CW) and when I arrived there was no breakfast, only available to purchase additionally. I was offered a resort credit to come and "listen to promotions of what to do in Fiji", when I arrived at the presentation, it was a timeshare hard sell , it was intense and quite pressuring. It put me off staying there as it changed the vibe. Food quality is not great. The buffet dinner was sub optimal and very overpriced for what was offered. At the 7.30pm seating, the meat was cold, salads average and fresh seasonal fruit was pineapple sliced and oranges cut into quarters.

The room was good, we were able to wash clothes and soaps, detergents were included.

We informed reception our plane gets in at 6am and we would be there by 8am. They did not allow us into our room until 4pm which is their check-in time! I was willing to pay for the early check in but it was their "we are trying to get your room ready" and "it will be ready very soon" that was so bad. From 8am till 4pm we had been lied to! Worst experience ever!

Front desk staff and spa staff were super friendly, they were very welcoming. I did bump into evening front desk staff they are so cool.

The apartment was super nasty, dirty, smelling bad. Furniture’s are old. We had to sweep and mop the apartment ourselves. We were told they don’t do housekeeping till you hit your 8th day of stay we paid $1200 USD for 4 nights which was not worth it. So disappointed I would had rather spend it on any other resort. Morning staff was super rude didn’t wanted to even park our Rental. Not worth a stay. We all started to get allergies due to the rugs dust under the bed was super nasty. We had to buy our own detergents to clean the whole apartment. The front person told us if the do housekeeping we have to pay $150!!! They said you have the washer and dryer wash it yourself. I will not recommend anyone to this place even buying a share holder here is waste. This place rip you off! There is better resorts then them. This place is old and nasty!

Loved the self catering apartment which meant we could cook for ourselves if we didn't feel like venturing out. The meals in all the resort restaurants were top notch and good value for money. The staff were awesome and we enjoyed all the resort activities.

More bikes would be good. More dishwashing powder/laundry powder etc in the rooms.

Staff great and friendly

We went for whyndam club presentation for hour n half but ended up being over 3hrs morning till pass 1pm and we missed our activities with our kids and lunch n breakfast.we did buy the timeshare. But after that when I asked how can you compensate on our day being with you guys and paperwork no response was given.

Good stopover location on the way to Australia for a couple of days. Close to the airport. Unit was a decent sized condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Grounds very pretty. Big pool with lots of kids over new year holiday. Staff was friendly. Beach shack restaurant by the water was our go to for good food and friendly staff. Easy to walk along the water to other resorts nearby that have a better beach. We went for good meals at other resorts. Golf course is right across the street, but did not have enough time to play.

Despite great reviews we could not eat our food at the Mexican restaurant. Made us look for better food at the nearby resorts. No real beach here. 5-10 minute walk to a decent beach at the Sheraton resort.

The food was exceptional at Lands end. Our one bedroom apartment was large and fairly comfortable. Adults only swim up bar was the highlight of the whole resort. The grounds are beautiful.

No breakfast! No housekeeping u:nless you stay 8 days or more! Their response when asked about housekeeping was it's home away from home. So each day I had to make the bed, wash towels and empty rubbish. That's not what I want to do on holiday. The floor started to get gritty even though we were careful tomake sure our footwear had no sand on them when entering the room. Bathroom dated and shower temp fluctuated a lot and leaked the the screen on to the floor. We had to ask 3 times for more toilet paper.. That's not acceptable. Our phone didn't work in the room so I had to go to reception to order room service and the reception lady tried to tell me that my phone was working.. Well it wasn't! She was not particularly nice to deal with about that situation. Some bar staff were very good and some not good at all. Good ones were Jo and Ima and Sio. We had one margarita at the main bar by the front pool when we first arrived and we only drank half and left it. Worst margaritas we have ever had anywhere! Then on 2 other occasions we sent them back and got them remade. All bar staff should know how to make a proper margarita that isn't just all cordial. Because we weren't Wyndham members of course we were offered a presentation to sit through for 90 minutes to join with incentives but we just aren't into that type of thing so. Would we go back? No we wouldn't..

A great resort with a lot of facilities. Made to feel welcome from the moment we got out of the taxi.

Sometimes the entertainment around the pool area was a bit loud.

The best thing about this resort was the staff, absolutely wonderful. Our two bedroom apartment was very nice. Comfortable beds, good aircondition. Short walk to all facilities.The pool area is nice as well. There is also an adults only pool a bit away from the bigger pool and it's quiet and has cabanas.Had a wonderful relaxing massage at the spa.The restaurants are two really and are ok.

Only stopped two nights before heading out to the islands.We are not much for resorts so the constant entertainment idea is not for us. The bingo seemed to go on forever by the pool but we didn't let that bother us to much and most seemed to enjoy it. And we had fun at the fire dance.

The service from when you check in ,till you checkout, the kids club was the highlight for our 6 Yr old :)

Beautiful location and facilities. The staff were very professional, helpful, and accommodating at all times. The staff were also very caring and entertaining towards my one year old son. :-)

The ambiance was just perfect for my mini getaway with my daughter and parents. Service staff are amazing.

Level of service to a local guest and non local guest. Of the 100%, the behavior of just 1 staff spoiled our entire trip. Everything else and every other staff was just amazing.
