    Pros +

    • All of it - the warm and helpful staff, the beautuful hut accommodations, the AMAZING food. I just can't say enough. It was a wonderful place to visit!
    • Beachfront room.. beautiful. Exceeded expectations
    • The surrounds and the friendliness of staff

    Cons -

    • The access into the pools could be better for those who are unsure on their feet - like handrails and smaller steps into the main pool area in more than one place.
    • The only way to get there is by boat but it was quick and complimentary
    • The quality of the fruit at the breakfast buffet.

    Waterfront

Shower corner was poorly patched with caulking- new layers over old layers. Misleading advertised photo showed a corner beachfront unit - we were not given the corner unit.

The staff was amazing; very personable and made me feel welcomed

The rates for the food; everything was overly priced given its distance to many things.

The hotel looks great and the boat across to the island is a little different.

Not the best location. You are kind of stuck at the hotel unless you have a car.

All went well!Breakfast was fantastic, different selections each day, Lunch and Dinner menu, choice of two restaurants, room service too!Room was open and spacious, the deck of Bure 66 was probably 5m. X 4m.Was not too far from resort, (300m.)Anyhow dial 0, and the Buggy collects you, Double King beds, Rainforest, or Traditional Shower, on hand tea and coffee etc.We are aged 64 and 74, very peaceful, not Party Central!Lots of activities, Games room, library, Spa, Massage, Horse riding, Jetskis, Pool Bar, as in Bar in the Pool. The Staff were enthusiastic, friendly, welcoming, not intrusive in any way, just helpful in every way, accommodating to requests.

    Really, nothing!

Honestly, The only thing this resort was good for was its proximity to several Day trip's to Koroyanitu Forest and Falls, and a few others off site excursions.

    1) Staff stole money from my wife and I and didn't take responsibility for it.2) There is no real nice beach on the property. the entire front of the photos is a like, there is a wall of oversized rocks to keep the rest of the island from eroding away, and so while it looks great, when you get there, There isn't any beach to sit on. and if you walk down towards the activity area which isn't long, the beach is not maintained and isn't pretty, but also not safe, there are broken glass bottles everywhere and all sorts of drift material just lying on the beach and the horses they use for the tours are just dedicating on the beach and they do not pick it up. 3) Food was not good AT ALL. we had to be very strategic with food since most of it was not appetizing.4) Facilities are Small. It has a great entrance via the little boat, but the pool facilities, the bar, the restaurants, - there was nothing to do and the facilities were falling apart, either not looked after, not maintained holes in the floor boards, shingles falling off the Villa's , ... it was borderline in disrepair. there was even a giant hole being covered up by a picture .. as if that would fix the problem.5) Staff were not attentive and I'm not sure if it's just cultural, but they hardly ever provided water at meals, they would start one task and forget about it and it would be an hour at a meal before they might remember, it seemed as if small tasks were impossible to them like asking to fix some items in our rooms.6) We felt like an inconvenience to the staff at all times. 7) Drinks were terrible. it was like they were never properly trained to make any drinks, -- So I drank the Beer instead. We made the best of it, had a laugh, but we had to leave site everyday for edible / quality food or drinks, things to do, and just to get a break from the place. Do not be deceived by the photos. The rooms were Adequate, at best.

    Spacious room, great staff

A bit isolated from Nadi and attractions.

I booked for 2 adults and 2 children all online through booking.com and even included the children's ages. The package included breakfast for everyone. When checking in the gentleman said that one of my children doesn't have breakfast and had to pay extra. When I showed my booking, he said it doesn't matter I still have to pay, as its there policy. When I asked for the policy he declined to show. Therefore I didn't get any breakfast as I refused to pay for one extra. This was suppose to be a family holiday. The same gentleman checked us into a room facing directly the restaurant, when I went back and showed him that my booking was for beachfront, he mentioned with a smile that the room is the best one for beachfront. I advised him that I regularly come to Fiji and have stayed here many times and this is not the beachfront I had booked. I asked for the manager and this is when he changed my room to the correct one as he didn't want the manager involved. I really don't understand why he would check us into a room that I hadn't booked. Further to this I have photos of the property and the condition its in, which is very poor. The only great thing was the cleaning ladies, they did a great job, were humble and worked with a smile.

Checked us into the wrong room, extra charges when clearly I had paid for specific things such as breakfast.

The resort is absolutely beautiful! The staff were so lovely and absolutely adored my toddler. The buffet was great because there is a new food theme each night so it doesn’t get boring.

If you want to explore outside of the resort it does take about 30/60 minutes by Taxi to get to most places.

    The staff were excellent

The food was below par And the property needs maintenance

    5SimonPosted on: 10-8-2025

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms and facility were all very clean

Restaurants and bars close at 9.30pm which is crazy for a resort on an island. The restaurant choices are extremely limited, we ate in all three restaurants and the food was extremely average. The rooms and hotel as a whole, whilst clean, are dated and in need of an update. The air conditioning in 2 of our 3 rooms was not functioning properly, maintenance tried to fix them, but it wasnt possible, we are just glad it wasnt hotter at our time of visit.

    9YasminPosted on: 10-7-2025

The service was beyond exceptional! The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Not much to do after 9pm around the island and the TV had limited stations and no movies to watch when going to the room in the evening.

The staff was very helpful when we had airline issues and trasportation problems. They were very supportive for my friend that stayed a couple of days alone till we arrived. Amazing sunset.

A nice sandy beach would have been great, however the pool area was very nice

    5LauraPosted on: 8-19-2025

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Everyday there was a good program organized regardless of the weather conditions.

The buffet was a bit pricey for what you get. The facilities were not really clean as we found several cockroaches in our room.

Location is excellent and staff.is very nice.

Food was uniformly bad. Service was incredibly slow.

    3LauraPosted on: 8-2-2025

Staff was not friendly. Facility aged and worn down. Location not great. Can’t go in the ocean from hotel. Overall would not recommend if visiting Fiji so somewhere else else.
