The location was good. Other guests were mostly quiet. Rooms were clean.

The smell of cigarette smoke came in to our room at times.Some new guests left their cars running when they were checking in. Our cabin was close to the entry. The paint work around the kitchen/eating room needs attention.

We had to leave early due a family emergency and they refuse to give us refund on something we couldn't help the rooms are small the pool has hardly any shade over it or the play ground so is not functioning for families and the bike hire is stupid only for in the park which is not overly big will not stay here again

Great location, walk to beach and pub.Water park facilities keep the kids busy for hours.

Amazing location. Amazing staff. Great food and really nice atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.

The room smelt like sewerage. Bunks weren’t made. Kettle didn’t work. Floor felt like it hadn’t been washed.

Well maintained despite the age, the accomodation was clean, with everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the restaurant/cafe/bar has an extensive menu at an affordable price point. Very family friendly - we always enjoy our stay here!

More shade & seating needed in the pool area.

Nice to stay so close to the beach. The food at the cafe was great! The cabin was an ideal size. Pedal bikes were super cheap to rent.

The pool was filthy. The diameter of the water slides was too small as my six year old couldn't even sit up to go down them without hitting her head. Reception/shop area felt run down. The fridge in the cabin was disgusting inside. The camp kitchen needs a facelift. Overall, the park was just a bit drab all over. The three bunk beds were a nice surprise, but they are extremely narrow beds. Not really suitable for an adult.

room could have been cleaner. There was a dirty towel rolled up for use in the room. i didn't realise we would have to make up the bunk beds ourselves. Didn't realise how painful the steps on the bunk beds would be for the kids and mattresses were not comfortable. underneath the mattresses was also dirty. Fridge was not cleaned there was red spill of cordial or something like that in the fridge and table in the room was not clean. Floors looked like they had not been vacuumed and mopped between guests. There was two bath towels for 4 guests. no rubbish bin inside the complex so we had to use the bathroom rubbish or keep going outside. Also i found it odd that wrist bands were only given out at the start of the stay and were required to be left on if the pool was to be used. Luckily my son figured out how to take them off without having to cut them.

Our linen wasnt ready until 5:30, not enough plates in our bungalow, the airon rattled the unit and sound like an aeroplane landing, the rangehood over stive didnt work at all, no gas in bbq at camp kitchen and wasnt clean around it either. And our unit had a unused portable bar and gazebo frame on our patio, and there was another camp kitchen behind our unit which evetyine walked past our door or rubbing up on our car!! Wasnt happy at all!. The pool was murky as well. At night there must be trees overgrown and when windy sounded like the tree was going to come though our roof.

Cabins are quite worn-out. The open plan cabin is not suitable for families with teenagers. Luckily, next day we could get an upgrade. There were quite some cockroaches in the bathroom and the bedroom of the children. Bug spray was provided, but not sufficient to get rid of the cockroaches. No supermarket in town. Wifi was not free (other than as stated on Booking).

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our initial cabin had a maintenance issue and staff readily relocated us to another cabin. Although cabins are not new they were clean and comfortable with ready access to the beach. Great cafe onsite with bar.
