Cairns Beach Resort

Apartment was good size with separate bedroom area kitchen and living room. Wrapped around Oceanview balcony was very nice ! Gardens in interior of the resort full of beautiful tropical plants and a very nice pool . Cooking area with grill pool area

Bedroom had air-conditioning but living area and kitchen did not. However ocean breezes through the door wall usually kept those areas comfortable

It was dirty. Grease and dust on wall in kitchen, patio curtains were coming apart, ceiling fans were rusty and the paint was peeling. Wifi was terrible. Kept dropping us. Manager got us a hot spot dongle that was ok but then the data ran out. Manager said she contacted her IT department about the Wifi but we were there for 2 weeks and it was never fixed.

The location with nearby beach was convenient. The room was pretty nice—actually, it's a one-bedroom, small apartment. Pretty clean and well-stocked with all the needed things.

Wi-Fi internet is almost non-existent. No room service at all. I would say it's not a hotel; it's literally a short-term apartment rental. The AC unit lacked an air curtain, which made using the conditioner impossible because it was literally blowing all the air onto the bed. The checkout rules stated that all cutlery has to be washed, which makes sense. However, there was no soap provided, so it was quite a challenge to do this.

Close to the beach, comfortable condo with nice balcony. There are good eating places within a few minutes walk and the bus stop is also nearby.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious apartment and well equipped with dryer, washing machine, etc.

Perhaps for people staying a few days the kitchen would need more cooking equipment. There was an induction stove and only one compatible cooking pan.

Excellent location near the beach and cafe. 15 mins and you can drive into the center of Cairns.Large comfortable apartment with lovely garden views and great pool.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Grounds are very well maintained with lots of lovely tropical plants and a nice big swimming pool and bbq area. Also located close to bus stop. Our unit had everything needed for a very comfortable stay

Location was excellent. Great beach view and a great coffee/ breakfast shop right across the street. Plenty of space and the washer/dryer was very convenient. Property grounds are beautiful. Full kitchen facilities also.

Bathroom supplies were skimpy for a 9 day stay but they did warn you in advance. Bed pillows were too soft for my liking.

Carparking not very good for large 4x4, and the trees overhanging the carpark had green ants in them. I'm still trying to get the green ants out of my 2024 model vehicle. Branches hanging down over and touching vehicles.

Room needs a really good clean, smells stale dirty marks on walls and door handles and switches. Shower still had soap scum and hair from previous tenant

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is across the street from the beach. Garden is relaxing, and neighborhood is quiet and restful. Staff is very accommodating. Would return and stay again!

I stayed for 4 nights and no linen change was provided the floors were not cleaned properly when we first checked in. The window curtains were broken and we were not provided the facilities mentioned like additional toilet, no proper cleanliness, no wakeup service as mentioned so clearly i am not really satisfied with my stay as it was expected or it least was shown to us while me made booking. The pool tasted like chlorine that i had allergic reaction to it which I clearly am not with other pools i usually go. Ocean view you could barely see ocean as front it was all covered with trees. Linen sheets were not cleaned properly. I think lots of improvements needed to be made in. Sorry im not usually one yo give anyone bad review but i am bit disappointed.

The location was excellent. I liked that the pool was open until 10pm. They have very well maintained communal BBQ facilities. I used the book and DVD library. I liked the full size washing machine and dryer. So close to the beach with swimming enclosure. Cafe and food places very close.

Internet could have been better. TV only had 2 channels.

The apartment has everything you need.

It needs refreshing the old furniture and a good clean of everything, it had dust in the bedroom side tables lamps, someones hair in the fridge, fridge dirty, microwave dirty floors as well, bathroom smelled bad and the entire apartment smelled of other people sweat ?Bad choice for my stay!
