On The Beach Apartments

Expansive and private space right off of the beach, overlooking the ocean. It was perfect! Clean with friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again.

The interior was a little dated and kitchen pretty cramped but absolutely fine for what we needed.

Two separate rooms and bathroom, I can even find matches, and there was a dryer and washer to use.

The house was beautiful, had amazing views and a great location for what my group needed. Close enough to the city to drive in and get things if needed but removed enough to feel like you aren't in town. The atmosphere in the area was great. The pool lovely.

We only had 3.5 toilet rolls provided to us for 5 people for a 6 night stay. Due to us having full day activities planned we were never at the accommodation when reception was open to ask for more, so we ended up having to buy our own toilet paper.The toilet in the main bathroom had a leak which we reported when we checked out.

Location was exceptional, Beachfront withe great access to the beach. Easy parking

Bed and bedding were of a very poor condition, The bed was worn beyond acceptable limits and very uncomfortable. Upon request no replacement of soiled towels were offered.

Location was excellent, reception desk staff were lovely, pillows super comfortable, pool was beautiful.

Missing key kitchen items - EG - tongs which we purchased and left at property. Dryer did not work on any setting.

Lovely view, facing the beach. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck to eat and sip coffee while watching the sunrise/sunset. Or just stepping out of the property to enjoy a stroll on the beach or run on the esplanade.

Parking in the back was little tight but that was because my rental car was big. There's also parking on the street/esplanade although I wasn't sure if overnight parking was allowed.

Well furnished and clean, but in the Blue Marlin!

We booked On the beaches but we're accommodated in the Blue Marlin so the family was split across two properties. False advertising. Tap in kitchen leaks, toilet seat needs replacing, rust on electrical fittings.

We considered Trinity Beach is the best of the Cairns Coast locations. Convenient, beautiful, well maintained yet not too busy. Public transport (bus) to Cairns City available. From our unit we had an excellent view of the beach. Great mornings on the balcony. Enjoyable walks along the beach length pathways. Lot of seating and cooking areas provided the length of the beach and all well kept and clean. On The Beach Apartments cleaned the site every day including the pool and spa. Attended promptly to the small issues that we had in our apartment (with a smile). We had a most enjoyable 9 day holiday.

Location, pool and a partial view of the ocean from number 13 on the end of the first floor.The unit had a washing machine and dryer which was great for our 2 week stay.The lounge was comfortable.Safe swimming beach over the road.There are a number of restaurants nearby.

Toiletries were noted as supplied on booking.com but only small sample sizes were provided. 2 toilet rolls for a 2 week rental :( The front of house receptionist wasn't helpful at all in this (directed to supermarket) and had no idea about the hopeless reception of our very old TV. The remote was so worn it was hard to read. However she was quick to tell us if we re-tuned it we were up for the cost of getting someone out!!The mattress was thin and was like sleeping on an air bed.Yes there were annoying smokers near us but that can't be helped if they are allowed to smoke on their balconies.

Something that went well that the view was exceptional, the pool was clean and spacious and the beach was just on the other side of the road.

Something that could've been better is that the aircon system wasn't working very well meaning it was getting too hot, the elevator was a bit shakey so it scared the younger ones. Also another spare key would've been alot more helpful for the entire family.

Great location at the quieter end of the esplanade. Suited the 2 of us perfectly . Would happily stay here again .

It was good value for money . Only gripe was the Airconditioning in the main bedroom was noisy and the Vera radar sliding doors very stiff and need some attention but like I said overall great value

Hearing upstairs activity, AND the plumbing is extremely noisy especially when upstairs shower or flush. Also mildew on the ceiling.

Loved the location Only downside 1 toilet roll supplied And a slight issue with sugar ants in the kitchen.Walls are a little thin, can hear everything.Other than that is is great value for money. Would stay again.

Fantastic location opposite the beach. Spacious apartment, good kitchen and well stocked for what we needed.

The apartment itself was spacious, however not overly clean. The showers were mouldy and the floors altho appeared clean weren't, our feet were black.But worst of all we had a first floor apartment which was located next to the community bins and the smell was awful, so we avoided the balcony which was a shame. Every time the wind blew, we could smell the garbage. Might be good if they had bins around the back of the apartments.

The location was great, view was good but beach was not particularly inviting.

Great size apartment for the 4 of us. Pool was lovely. Fab location!

Nothing to be honest but did find it interesting the back gate to the road required a key to get out. Meant every time we went out we all had to go together.
