Mantra Heritage Port Douglas

Great location for what I needed and walking distance to breakfast and dinner spots. Room was spacious and clean, comfy bed and friendly staff. Parking was easy and looked to have great pool facilities - that I hope to use next time!

Not a huge negative but I was travelling for work and did not have a desk in the room to work in the evenings

Great for what we needed - clean, comfortable, modern. There were some blinds missing in one of the bedrooms (and a temporary cardboard blind in place) - that was the only negative and I’m sure will be sorted soon. Location is excellent, very central and we were able to park onsite.

The elevator was a bit old a noisy. The 4th floor had very musty wet smell

Location was very good - easy to walk everywhere and right next to coles. Late check in was easy and they have non-allocated parking for guests which was great. (Hiring a car was cheaper than getting an uber or shuttle to and from the airport)Room was great - aircon worked well - good water pressure - Bodywash, Shampoo and Conditioner provided. Bring own toothpaste haha. Beds were comfy - we even slept on the pull out to watch movies.

Ventilation - the bathroom doesn't have much ventilation and the windows are broken so can't really open them to air out the bathroom. The building is a bit older but otherwise great.

Room 1213 was amazing. We will book that one again for sure.

Parents not looking after their children in the pool area... not sure what you can do about that...

Central. Easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and main shopping centre. Incredibly friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful pools and setting. Very comfortable bed. Reasonable rates.

Luv the location short walk to shops and restaurants. We also like to have a bbq in the gazebo located in the pool area very clean and well kept

The check in it was easy, we arrived just right before after hours and the reception desk was still open. The staff was very friendly and they know what they are doing. The place was good and the 2 swimming pool were amazing for the weather.

No reception staff after 6pm and front door locked so side entrances at first difficult to find int he dark on return from eating out . Had to drag suitcase myself up some stairs as upper level room . Lift did not go up to top floor. Could not find anyone to assist.

Airconditioning in the room didn't cool down the room properly.

The property was in an amazing location walking distance to everything, all the restaurants, 4 mile beach, the marina and the markets. The pools were very clean and the bbq area was great for dinner with the kids.

There was really nothing we didn't like.

Central location made it so simple to get around Port Douglas. Great pools for the kids, and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of room for us all.Clean, well appointed rooms and super friendly and helpful staff.

Direct access to the pool was amazing and my girls would be there 24/7 if they could. Room was super comfortable and the location was fantastic. Next door to supermarket and many restaurants, bars and shops. Also next to the marina and the Sunday markets. It was great to have underground parking as well. Just perfect!

Fire alarm went off at 2 am in the middle of the night

The room I had had a constant rattling noise, probably from the air vent (I tried turning off both the fan and air con and it didn’t change). So I struggled to sleep through all the rattling
