    Pros +

    • It was quiet. Spacious room. Lovely helpful staff.
    • clean pool clean rooms lovely staff
    • Clean and well decorated Pool was cooling, not cold and refreshing. Very good communication

    Cons -

    • Too far from town. Not many eating options close by and nothing on site. I didn?t realise this when I booked. Main Pool was ok but you can?t drink (from glass). The fold out bed was not comfortable - springs coming through. Property feels old.
    • Grounds looked tired, outside area to sit was dirty, gardens were not well cared for with dead fronds common, needs to be cut off
    • Renovations happened most of the day in one of the rooms nearby and we were not told this was going to occur.

The accommodation had everything we needed, with large rooms and the pool was in close walking distance.

Renovations happened most of the day in one of the rooms nearby and we were not told this was going to occur.

    7MihoPosted on: 8-2-2025

The apartment is very spacious and had a washing machine and a dryer which is very convenient

The internet is slow and there was a cockroach in our room.

Stunning pool and gardens, it felt like a slice of paradise. The one-bedroom apartment I had was beautiful and very spacious. Very quiet (apart from the bats at night but you get that anywhere in QLD). Loved my stay here.

You’ll need your own transport to get to town as it’s a ten-minute drive and there aren’t any Ubers in the area. There might be a shuttle service but I just drove myself - no big deal.

    Location Pool

Air-conditioner was not effective .Exhaust was non existent in the Bathroom. TV was terrible.

Was a very clean and maintained resort. Reception staff very friendly. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment and was very comfortable, clean, well furnished.

    8SallyPosted on: 3-27-2025

Stayed for 8 nights. Only one roll of toilet paper provided. You can always ask for more at reception but shouldn’t have too. Excellent value for money. Definitely need a car but we did so no problem with location. Beautiful pool area. Would stay again.

    8KristinaPosted on: 3-27-2025

The apartment was very good. However, we were disappointed to find that most of the pool area was not accessible due to irrigation works. Which also appeared to have stopped mid excavation of pipework.

    Very good

Pool area was uncared for needs a gardener every day to make it look appealing. We stayed in an outdated room which should be revamped. But was value for money so you couldn’t complain about it

Lovely piece of well kept property with all the amenities like pools, BBQ etc.Staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful.

    9ElsbethPosted on: 3-8-2025

Pool excellent, room is big enough

The room was not very clean and one of the spoon was dirty.

    9ChrisPosted on: 2-1-2025

Our family of five enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and there was space for everyone. Nice quiet spot only a few minutes from Port Douglas.

Only minor issues was no dish towels or sponges provided. They require dishes to be done before departure (which is fine...we are happy to do this for a self catering experience), but this is first place we have stayed that didn't provide towels/sponges to be able to wash any pots/pans used.

The rooms were beautiful and very well set up with everything you could want, even glad wrap and foil! Great swimming pools, BBQ facilities and even tennis and basketball if you are keen. Walking distance to golf course for breakfast or lunch. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only thing that would have been a bonus is a shade sail over part of the main pool.
