Cayman Villas Port Douglas

We loved the location, layout of the unit and the pool/BBQ area. The lady working reception was friendly and helpful.

The floor wasn't overly clean, we found it to be quite sandy. A couple of the bathroom towels felt and smelled like they had been used as massage towels.

Apartment was on top floor meaning lots of stairs to climb with heavy suitcase

Great pool, location and communication. They arranged transportation to and from Cairns for our family of 6 and suggested tours to see the Daintree rainforest (Daintree Discover Tours) and Great Barrier Reef (Quicksilver)The unit was spacious and clean and air conditioning worked well. FIY Our unit was a Self Catering Unit so you get a starter package but we had to purchase extra toilet paper and dishwasher soap. I would recommend staying here.

Some members of our group found the beds a little uncomfortable.

Room was very well appointed and comfortable.Location was within easy walking distance the beach and shops.

Good location, close to everything. Three bedrooms are perfect for our family of 6 to stay. Big living room & balcony , overall happy .

During our 3 nights staying for 6 people in a 3 bedroom apartment , they only provided 3 toilet rolls . By the time we realised the shops are already shut. Who would thought we need be awarded of toilet paper shortages ? - we feel it was really unreasonable. Also hair dryer is pretty old , if you have long thick hair I would suggest to bring your own.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was also very quiet at night. The kids loved the pool.

The wifi didn’t work all week, the bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived. Some of the kitchen equipment was also dirty.

We had the 3 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family (grandparents, parents & child). Rooms were all large and spacious. The pool and location were great and the advice from Lee (property manager) was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Only minor negative was floors were tiled throughout which was definitely easier for cleaning but wouldn't be great if you had really young children.

The property was clean, quiet, family friendly and had a wonderful pool which we really enjoyed. We made use of a porta cot which was easy to set up and baby slept well in it. There was no noise from outside once we closed the balcony doors and that was great for nap time during the day.We also used the bbq facilities which were clean and had everything we needed.The location was perfect and it was just a short walk to everything Port Douglas has to offer

I found the beds and pillows to be a little uncomfortable (but others who stayed with us found them to be ok)

Great location and size of the apartment. Facilities of the pool and bbq were great. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

For 6 days we were only given a starter pack of 1 small shampoo, conditioner and 2 toilet rolls which felt very tight. Given the price per night, you shouldn’t have to worry about enough toilet roll being provided.
