Great location.

A lot of noise from the room next door because there was a connecting door. We had to put towels at the bottom. Hardly ever saw a member of staff, reception was usually closed. If we needed something we had to ring someone at the other property nearby.

Central to the Main Street and restaurants. Easy to access. Undercover secure parking.

Bath shower quite high to step into

The location was perfect. Once we arrived and parked our vehicle in secure parking underneath. We didn't need it again for the duration. The apartment was huge. Tastefully decorated.They had the TV on playing music for when we arrived.

Great location, for what I need to do. Clean, but a tad noisy with the birds.Staff were fantastic. Great room size, especially bathroom just needs a freshen up a bit dated.But for a quick one night it was good.

Needs a fresh update but it still was good.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, felt itchy and pillow smelt like wet dog

We loved the lay out of the room and the balcony spa was awesome, location to town was awesome and privacy of the room was next level awesome

Ideal location for restaurants, shops & the marina.Second room was great.When we rung the staff they were very helpful.

The first room we had, the really noisy birds were nesting in the tree outside. I had a migraine in the night, but we were moved to a quieter room which was great.Climbing into the bath to shower was difficult

The location was the best part.

Was very dirty, dusty it was very basic. Several things were broken.

Clean and tidy, friendly staff when I accidentally tried to check in to the Mantra next door ?. Quiet and plenty of space.

Lovely comfortable room. So nice to have some milk and tea and coffee.

The birds outside the window were very very loud, for hours.

No staff to be seen. Only via phone Stayed on level 1 so much noise above us all night all day. People very loud didn’t care about other guess. So noisy

Good Location, enjoyed the private outdoor Spa Bath

The photos did NOT reflect the suite that was advertised at all. The amenities were bare minimum, we only found the tissue box tucked away in the corner of the bathroom on the last day. There was no mini bar, the bathroom amenities were very dated, the TV is extremely outdated. There was also no option for room service and Wifi was only available for members, which is completely unheard of in today's day and age of Modern Hotels. Airbnb's offer free wifi but the Mantra couldn't. There was also no one to greet us in reception, I know that it was New Year's Eve but even so it should be expected to have at least a reception desk attendant. For paying almost $1000 for 3 nights I would have expected to at least get what was advertised, but clearly they have only shown photos of a recently renovated suite, not their standard suites. I had also asked in the special instructions that they have a special note for my partner waiting for us when we got there, which I was assured the day prior would be done, however when we got there there was no card or note to be found. Definitely a let down

Location was perfect, right in town. Walking distance to beach, playground, restaurants, supermarket etc. Free parking, good size room, spa bath.

Couldn't get dvd player to work.

The room was clean and spacious, comfortable beds

There was no staff for check in at the check in time of 2pm, the property was completely unattended.There was a party from other guests in the pool area at 11:30pm with very loud music and yelling. We were not able to sleep. Reception was called to help and did not answer. We ended up having to deal with the problem ourselves and the people eventually moved on. The lack of response and attention from staff was disappointing

Bed was terrible, it sagged and my back so sore from it. Was told it would be a king bed and it was not a king bed and was sagging badly.
