    Pros +

    • Very relaxing hotel, great pool, great atmosphere. So generous with free upgrade for our room! The two bedroom Penthouse had everything we could possibly need- laundry, fully equipped kitchen w/stove, toaster, storage, pans, knives, and dishes.
    • Service was spectacularGina and staff were extremely accommodating
    • Pool was great, breakfast was okay but could be better. The staff were amazing.

    Cons -

    • 3 small issues-1- roof deck is "private" in that it's exclusively yours, but there's no actual privacy. Don't expect to get rid of your tan lines :) 2- wish they recycled!3- room wasn't serviced on our 2nd day, but the desk was nice about it
    • Too many kids, so if you're looking for an exclusive private stay with your partner, this isnt the place.Service at the pool bar was a little slow, only one person working when there is a line ordering drinks. Bar also served food, hot chips and tomato sauce ruin a relaxing experienceWeather ; Wet season, not much the hotel can do about that!
    • The gym is lacking equipment so I didn't go. If you had a good gym, I would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the best accommodation we stayed at our entire trip. The apartment was clean, housekeeping was available when needed, the beds were comfy, the air conditioner worked, we really enjoyed the roof top hot tub and outdoor kitchen and dining above our apartment for our sole usage. The restaurant/bar staff was amazing in the evenings. We would recommend this place and definitely return for another stay.

It would be nice if the resort staff could assign apartments with children to one side of the resort versus the adults only customers. Overall, the kids hollering and playing loudly was far less than anticipated.

The resort looks great! The pool area was the highlight for us! Perfect spot to chill out sipping some cocktails. The room was also great. Nice jacuzzi, very clean and well maintained.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The Spa treatment with body scrub and massage was sensational as massage staff were technically very very good. The pool is brilliant, and access to the beach was easy with brilliant morning sunrise opportunities.

Trying to locate it was difficult as it's main access is through residential streets and signage needs to be bigger and more of it.

5 star all the way ! Beautiful spacious appartments with private plunge pool.Amazing resort poolFriendly helpful staff make you feel very spoilt Quiet location beach access. Will definitely come back

Nothing really, the breakfast buffet could have had more choices not really up to a 5 star buffet standard compared to similar resorts

    Disappointing

We booked a penthouse apartment for a two night relaxing getaway I am heavily pregnant and due soon and have a toddler. We were downgraded to a normal apartment as the hotel had ‘double booked’ our penthouse and the hotel was full.We were told the penthouse was available on the 2nd night of our stay, but they could only offer the apartment for the 1st night. Reception said we could change rooms in the morning, but ended up being roomless for 3 hours until 2pm during the time my toddler is due for a sleep. It was stressful and not relaxing at all. Very disappointed.Would have loved a relaxing stay before my baby is born.

We got an upgraded room and the room was excellent. The portacot was better than the cot provided at Sheraton Port Douglas. The breakfast buffet and pool were also very nice.

We requested an early check in when we booked in November. We arrived at hotel at 11.30am and had to ask a few times again for early check in. Only checked into room at 2.30pm. There is only 1 restaurant, so no other dining options for lunch and dinner.

    The pool was lovely

I want happy with my apartment. I was not prepared to have a spa on the roof in the heat. I felt the pictures were misleading.

It was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for a break away with the family. We had a 2 bedroom penthouse at the back of the property overlooking the rest of the resort. The patio area upstairs was perfect for a bbq at night and to just relax during the day or at the end of a day exploring. The penthouse had all equipment we could need for cooking our own meals. Housekeeping was discreet and room service fast. FOH staff efficient. Restaurant staff for breakfast were a bit hit and miss. Loved the water fountains to fill up my drink bottle with icy cold water

    - there wasn’t a huge variety for breakfast it was the same good every morning give or take a swap out of tomatoes or beans. - it is the smallest first world problem but I wanted to have my drink bottle full of ice when we left breakfast so it would last the day and every time I asked for my water bottle to be filled with ice, it was incomprehensible what I was asking. - parking can be a bit of a nightmare as there are private units as well as hotel units and whilst the private ones are marked the hotel ones you can park anywhere so if someone parks close to your unit you have to find another and I ended up 3-4 unit blocks over.

Not that much after complaining, I was moved to a different room but was charged extra money. I would just say that I enjoyed a steak that was cooked while I stayed.

Breakfast was terrible. The service and staff was very lacking in attention to detail. Cleanliness of the property. Wasn’t that good? Everything was dated and not really maintained. I wouldn’t return.

The room was big and beautiful...swimming pool and toys for kids...

Pool area is exceptional. The main pool is very spacious and having a pool bar is an added bonus. The grounds are well kept making it enjoyable to stroll around.

Housekeeping is abysmal. This is a 5 star resort & it's a challenge to get housekeeping to come every day. They do the absolute minimum. They do not come prepared to replenish the room with towels & other amenities. We had to change rooms because our fridge wasn't working. We were given a room and told it was like for like. However, the second room had two bathrooms and a more private backyard. Was not impressed that our first room was not of the same standard as our second room considering this is not the first time we have stayed here.

Staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable

The food - we ate at restaurant once, but they lost our order & after 3 enquiries and 1.5 hrs waiting we left. Another day order food at pool bar & my chicken burger came out raw! Not punk - raw! I am surprised I didn’t get good poisoning

Everything about the Villa was exceptional. Very spacious beautiful rooms nice cool good layout with very convenient and easy access to the beach.

The Wi-Fi simply doesn’t work there’s no point. Very disappointing. If you’re lucky enough to actually connect the connection speed is slower than dial up.

Everyone and everything really lovely.Pool exceptional and plenty of room for everyone. Restaurant was lovely. A bit of a drive from the main town area but that suited us perfectly.
