Clean room and pool looked nice at night

Beautiful pool area and the apartment was a great size for family of 6. Location was perfect

Upgrade the bathrooms in the apartments they are quite old

I stayed here for a week.The staff Zaa and Emily were exceptionally helpful in booking the different attractions and actually helping me to arrange my schedule. Zaa helped me to switch attractions last minute so that I didn't miss anything. It takes about 15 minutes to get to town and it's very hot, I rented a bicycle which helped a lot. There was no luxury in the property but there is a lovely pool, and free laundry facilities. Great value for money.

No elevator. Sheets and towels were changed once in my 8 day stay

Pool were warm and not busy. Apartments were as described and better than expected . Manager was very warm friendly and helpful.

No bar or cafe on site or within 5-10 walk. Our apartment obviously hadn't been used for an awhile and smelt. Some sloppy cleaning, bins not emptied etc.

Receptionist was helpful

Aircon in second bedroom was not working and was unable to get fixed over the weekend. Unsure how you can rent these rooms out knowing the air conditioning does not work and we are in far North Queensland. Internet was not allowing Netflix or other streaming apps to work there is clearly a firewall block. Very minimal cleaning products available to keep the kitchen clean. Everything was quite outdated and needs a refresh.

The pool was lovely and room was comfortable.

The shower needs more pressure. Had to dance around to get wet.

I loved how clean and relaxing the whole place was and how there were no kids screaming.

How the tv wasn't connected to the wifi

I have stayed 3 times in the last 6 months. I found the room to be in need of a good deep clean.

I always stay here when we go to Port Douglas. The managers are always very polite and it is so quiet and peaceful. It is close to the shops and the beach. Apart from a couple of things, I honestly can't fault this place for the price you pay.

The only thing I didn't like, which i don't feel the need to complain about, is we have been put in the same room as last time we stayed and my partner only just fits in the shower because it is a really small corner shower and we stayed for 2 nights and was only given 1 towel each to use for the showers and pool. The other rooms we stayed in near the pool had really good-sized showers. But once again, I'm not complaining because I really enjoy the peace and quiet and the friendly managers. .

the weather, half september rained a lot and very windy, and some cleaning not done properly in the ensuite, basically behind the door they did not mop and there was dirt on the tiles probably coming from the little windo open when it rains...

The personnel was really nice and helpful and provided a lot of guidance and tips. They also offered to book a transport back to Cairns on the day of check-out. The room/apartment was simple but nice with a little kitchen, a balcony and a dining table. The bathroom was a little bit small but sufficient. The pool at the hotel area was very nice to visit. There was also laundry rooms (detergent came with the room) and possibility to barbecue. The hotel was at a walking distance from both the beach, the harbour and the city centre.

Dirt from shoes transported into every corner, could easily be solved with a mat (both at the balcony door and the front door.

Great location and nice tidy room.
