Family atmosphere

Very tired and outdated, uncomfortable furniture in unit, poor facilities, restaurant very disappointing, no oven in unit, blinds broken, furniture stained and outdated.

The apartment was lovely . the pool was great. parking easy.

WIFI was an absolute disaster. The tv was a no go at night as wifi was sooo bad. The Gym certainly was well below par. Nothing in the gym was able to be used. The pool bar shut at 4 pm which seemed to us as a wasted asset as people would arrive after a day out and find it closed. No restaurant except Pizzas .

Beds were comfortable, sheets, towels etc clean,

Furniture was grubby, lounge room furniture was technically outdoor and was not comfortable. It's tired and needs a face lift. Curtains were shabby, didn't fit together properly.

The pool was amazing and the staff were friendly

The wifi was useless and slowed to non existent. Definitely not unlimited. Lack of bbq facilities also not great

The pool was great. And the villas were a good size for the price!

It felt like there were a lot of villas that had permanent residents in them and therefore the resort didn’t feel as much like a holiday resort. The gym could be better as well

The villa looked nothing like on the website it was run down & dated. The fans were hanging off the ceilings the air conditioners hardly worked the bathroom shower head upstairs kept falling down it the place smelt musty. The “restaurant” only offered pizza or nuggets & chips very poor & expensive. It would be nice if you could take your own alcoholic drinks around the pool but that’s not allowed.

Excellent pool facilities. Could spend a lot of time at the pool due to its layout. Good for families with a car.

Great pool and plenty of sun beds. Shame the bar wasn’t open later as would have been nice to eat and chill at the resort after a day of excursions.

BEST pool EVER

Only 1 dishwasher sachet. Need more toilet paper in each loo.

This is our 4th time staying at this resort. We choose it because of the great pools ( and provided pool toys), spacious villas, own kitchen and lounge and great location. It's so quiet and relaxed and like a home away from home.

The resort is getting a little run down due to it's age, but everything is clean and comfortable.

The pool. Nesting birds and geese were respected. Spacious (3 bedroom villa).

Dusty walls, dusty fans, dusty windows. Mouldy curtains, mouldy aircon, mould on windows. Sagging bed springs! Hair in the sink. Dated carpet. Unsure if gym is usable. Carport and main entry crying for some tidying up!

Villas were very roomy. Had everything we needed. Pool was beautiful and clean. Great resort.

The patio was dirty. Tv in 2nd bedroom instead of main bedroom. But other then that was great would definitely stay again?

The pool, especially the 'cave' was a big hit for my 5 and 3 year old children.

Our number one place to stay for holidays. Great happy helpful staff who are always willing to help. Holidayed here many times and all if the apartments meet or exceed our expectations.

Fabulous pool

Apartments very old and tired in need of a refurbDidn’t like we had to pay for pool towels

Our initial contact with the staff at reception was great. We felt welcome the moment we entered. First impressions were fantastic.

Tidy and well maintained property. Pool area fantastic. Nothing to fault.

Room was close to the pool. Very quiet.

It needs a bit more work to update it. Pool was great, however needed to be cleaned more often.

The rooms were great, clean and modern

The pool was disgusting, it was like swimming in a hot bath.

Our villa (17) was modern, beautiful and clean. The pool was fabulous and the staff super friendly.

The hours the restaurant and bar are open are just silly. Friday night and everything was shut by 4pm. There were so many families around the pool looking for food and drinks.

Pool was lovely & it was close to town & other attractions. Staff at reception were very friendly & helpful.
