Lush property, perfect location, easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket, marina. It was nice to have a bath tub. The front office staff were welcoming and very helpful. Thank you Angelique, Tommy and Hanna.

I was a little disappointed with my room. It wasn’t as fresh and modern as in the online photos. I did not think it was good value for money.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent — clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location was another big plus: just a short walk to town, making it super convenient for dining and exploring the area. The hotel also offers two pools, which is a great feature. Overall, a great place to stay with lots to offer, especially if you’re after comfort and convenience.

However, we found the water a bit on the chilly side, which made it less inviting for a long swim

Only one pool available, no glass in window and unable to block lots of renovation noise and the neighbours, pretty crappy view

We truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. I wished it was longer but we will definitely book again when we are back in Port Douglas. The area was great and the hotel was accessible to everything

Could do with some basics such as some oil for the BBQ, conditioner and hair-dryer in the bathrooms and a tissue box. .Some inconsiderate guests bring speakers to the pool. This could be better communicated that it is not OK.

Spacious. Close to Main Street and wharf areas. Didn’t need a car could walk everywhere.

It wasn’t a problem for us but it wasn’t clear that there were only steps to access the upstairs rooms from the overview. Some hooks to hang towels off the floor in the bathroom would be nice

Excellent location and very clean. The pool was wonderful (there was two, but we only swam in the 'back" one. The rooms were clean and spacious.

I felt it was a little rude having to purchase more toilet paper once you had used your quota for your stay.You were able to hear a lot of noise from the street at night.

Super comfy great room, pool was huge and lovely floating beanbags. Nice balcony setting with fan too.Great location walking distance 10 mins to the marina/harbour and 5 minutes to the main restaurants and shops.staff friendly and super helpful. They also help to book tours and have lots of information out on reception too.

Rubbish bin no lid we saw cockroaches, and I got bitten by not know bus all over .

The kitchen appliances desperately need to be replaced. The fridge did not work as intended, the cook top had no indication as to how hot the rings were and the microwave had definitely seen ten years of use. None of the appliances had been checked and dated by an electrician

Close easy walking to restaurants. Central location. Two pools. Great bed.

Bbq directly under our balcony so yucky cooking smells all the time. Pool view- but we had to try and look under a shade sail to see the pool- misleading. Couch was rather uncomfortable to sit on

Perfect location within walking distance between all of the local spots and beach. Easy free parking, lovely pool areas. Tranquil setting. Clean and comfortable

Top flight rooms aren't easy to carry heavy cases to the top. Only 2 coffee pods for 3 nights between 3 adults felt a little stingy - maybe because it was a public holiday weekend the cleaners didn't refresh or pop in to tidy over the place

It has a lovely Balinese feel and is in a fantastic location without being noisy. Staff were very helpful with booking tours for us in the Daintree and for the reef. Stairs were not a problem for us but you' d need to specify if you have mobility needs.

The outlook rooms looking onto the pool, court yard/balcony gave the space a roomy feeling, the relaxed vibe, proximity to 4 mile beach and also to restaurants and shops - highly recommend

Had booked a room with a spa when we booked in was told no spa in room only in pool try to cancel room and couldn’t be done very disappointing
