    • No privacy , noisy and could here ppl arguing next to our room
    • Hotel was advertised as having free wifi. This was untrue and deceptive as wifi was only available in resort restaurant are and not individual rooms. Had we known this we would not have stayed there.

our carpet was a bit stained, but it sounded like they were doing an update so maybe our room hadn't been updated yet. have to walk a bit to the beach.

    Close by town

Light cleaning didn’t include fresh towels, room vaccumed or making of bed. Wifi weak drops in & out

Excellent location and price. Close to the Marina which was great as I came for scuba diving. The staff was helpful. Especially Kirsty at the desk who went out of her way to accommodate.

The hotel does not provide enough umbrellas for guests. We were soaked during rain showers, and when we asked for umbrellas, they said they didn’t have enough. At the very least, each room should have one umbrella available. We also chose this hotel because of its beach, but since there are no lifeguards, we couldn’t use it safely. If the beach is your main reason for booking, you should consider another hotel. Finally, the reception staff seemed to struggle with understanding non-native speakers, and we had to repeat ourselves constantly. Especially the receptionist Yasmin

Quiet stay! I am a light sleeper and had a room facing the pool. I could not hear any noise from the other guests! The pool was relaxing and we had fun at Thursday Trivia Night and Friday Night Bingo. Highly recommended!

There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling and the dehumidifier bucket was covered in mold! The staff brought us another dehumidifier and it had less mold. It is needed because the bathroom does not have a fan.

Pool area is nice. gardens are nice.

Scaffolding outside our window and very loud banging from workmen outside the window early in the morning. We were not warned this would happen. We would not have stayed there if we had known that. Beware of the shuttle bus they recommend. Might be best to pay for a more expensive one that is more frequent and possibly less rowdy intoxicated travellers on it. DO NOT get room service!! It is served in cardboard and arrived soggy and leaking. Very bad! Would not recommend.

The pool and garden areas were excellent, lovely and tropical and well maintained. There were also some sitting chair settings overlooking a pool with fish, this was a nice touch.

the rooms were fine, but the decor was quite basic and layout not great. Shower was nice. The location of the tv was not well placed to watch from either the sofa nor the bed. The artwork on walls was very small for the size of wall and was of a cityscape representation. the same art was repeated on two walls. A large series of art relevant to location would have made the room much more appealing. Also the towels provided were quite old and threadbare.

Good value for money. Clean and well appointed room.

Maybe more staff at reception when booking in.

The welcome drink was nice, and aircon was good. Breakfast was good and somewhat reasonably priced. I liked the relaxed atmosphere.

Pool was not as big as expected The sales pitch was unexpected at check-in and uncomfortable to say no to the presentation. Given that we were only staying for 2 nights on a long weekend away not really a good start. Also, a little shocked that the reception recommended going to another hotel for breakfast rather than having it here. Made me wonder if she worked for them as well.

Very friendly staff, beautiful place, great food at the restaurant.

Loved the pool and the bistro. The food was excellent at the bistro, especially the "southern fried crocodile ? ", and the pan fried barramundi. Their eye fillet steak was tender and delicious. Daily room service as well. This is a place for couples(like us), family groups(there were a few of them) and people of all ages. You have to go there to experience it.

My only grizzle is (and it's a very small grizzle), and it is the prices of cocktails. It is a tourist place, though , and as such, one should expect such things. I'm just looking at it from where I drink back home where drinks are cheaper. As I said, it's just a minor grizzle....I still thoroughly enjoyed all of them, though! Bahahaha ?

We loved how the resort combines comfort and nature with gorgeous gardens and many creatures to feed and observe.
