Lovely cabin. First time ever we arrived in a cabin and the staff were kind enough to already have the cabin cooled with the aircon.. it felt amazing coming in..

We’ll set out. Plenty of parking. Felt safe. Good location.

Bed could have been more comfortable.

Good location at good price. The accomodation was a cabin in a caravan park. The facilities were a bit old and worn but did their job. Very large and efficient fridge, microwave, gas cooktop. One double bed and 3 bunk beds.

Bit of traffic noise from Ivanhoe road. The main bed was a small double. The pillows could do with a bit more body. One ceiling fan only worked on high and was very noisy, the one over the double bed was OK. In the day the air conditioner can only just maintain a reasonable temperature but usually you are out and about and not staying in the accomodation.

It was a lovely little unit outfitted with all that you might need when holidaying. The location was also great. We loved that the air conditioning and fans were put on in readiness for our arrival, making it lovely and cool for us!!

The thing I didn't like was playing housekeeper for the price of the accommodation. Didn't mind washing our dishes (that's only fair) I do that everywhere we stay....however there was a $200 cleaning fee mentioned if the unit wasn't left how you found it. Did that mean having to sweep the floor too? In the end I swept the floor, we put out the rubbish etc - who is going to risk an extra $200 fee for not sweeping the floor.

Convenient location close to town & attractions

Security boom gates were not working and allowed anyone to enter & leave the property.

    The pool was lovely.

There was a lot of reinforcement about locking valuables away to avoid things being stolen- but we couldn't lock our door. The lock didn't work with the key. The management told us "we should have rung them" but as we were meeting people for dinner we had not realised the problem until we were to leave and calling them would have run us very late to meet people. We had no hot water. We were staying overnight so arrived at about 3.30pm- again we didn't realise until we were to have showers before going out. We assumed it was a minor problem and we would be fine in the morning- but it wasn't. Again the management told us "we should have rung them", which I guess is technically true, but an I'm sorry that occurred might have been a nice gesture too.The management should clean the slim line venetians they were all very dusty and greasy.Calcium staining in Kununurra is a problem. There is a cleaner called CLR and another called Glitz that deals with calcium that might help the problem.

Fully appointed cabin with all you could need to have a comfortable stay. Access to pool and laundry and the entire park was well maintained. Fantastically quiet.

    Can’t think of a single thing .

Peaceful and quiet, enjoyed our stay. Staff where friendly, loved the small cabins. Wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning. Will stay again.

Ability to cook in room was a plus , we had a comfy room, was able to cook the whole time

The walls were falling off in the bathroom.

    Location was okay.

I had a very disappointing experience at this 5-star rated accommodation. The ceiling was falling down, and the cleanliness was far below standard. The place desperately needs maintenance. I did not feel secure or safe during my stay. There was no airport transfer service, which is essential for visitors to Kununurra.

Close to town air conditioning check in was great nice staff

Needs a make over felt dirty my wife did not enjoy the stay-had to use my own extension lead to use toaster as there is no room to put on sink kettle just fitted on sink on angle needs more power points to use toaster and kettle safely without falling into kitchen sink the fridge as no freezer just fridge which was large to to put food in sliding door needs new rollers as there aren’t any it needs a major renovation needs painting I stayed in the deluxe cabin
