Best Western Cambridge Hotel Kununurra

Very pleasant Balinese lady greeted us and got us settled. Pleasant walk through the garden, good security. Room was clean and quiet.

The arrival/entry is confusing. The address in Google sent us to the back side, and the correct entry puts you at a locked gate, with no obvious vehicle approach to reception. We found ourselves driving across their lawn, much to the Receptionists amusement.

Thanks for warm hospitality We stayed one night and headed to the Pernululu National Park in the following day. They kindly keep our luggage until getting back from the park and took us to the airport even though we’ve already checked out. Appreciated for your warm hospitality!

We dined in for breakfast and dinner. Food and services was very good.Secure parking and rooms.

Eating / drinks area was a little sterile and needs some Top End kitch.

It is going to be a great hotel. Building works means that only the rooms are available. Staff were great as were the rooms.

Breakfast was only available after 7am, we needed to be on the road before then. Would have been helpful to be able to order takeaway breakfast earlier.Lovely comfortable room, clean.

Restrictive Breakfast and cost

Newly renovated which was nice, but shower screen was broken. No options for tv except local channels.

Extremely overpriced for what it is. Mouldy type smell as soon as you enter the room, bathroom screen door would not close properly. The most disappointing part was the $21 “continental” breakfast. There was a choice of two types of spread, a few juices, a few canned fruit and wheat bix. Nothing else.. no other cereals or anything. So we had a piece of toast with Vegemite spread and a glass of juice and it was $21 per person. Extremely disappointed.

Staff very accommodating; comfortable stay considering they are currently going through renovations. Fresh and aesthetically pleasing. Very comfortable beds/pillows etc.

We were in a room that could be turned into an adjoining room for families. Unfortunately, the conversations of those in the next room were easily overheard through the adjoining door. This was brought to the attention of the staff, who were going to inform the builders. Hopefully this gets sorted before the end of the renovation period. Should be an easy fix to sound-proof.

Potentially this place is going to be excellent once the renovations are done, so not fair to really rate it at the moment, staff are fantastic and I had breakfast which was great and the coffee was very good.

The best restaurant in Kununurra with extremely helpful staff. The room had an amazingly good TV. The room a/c easily dealt with the Kununurra heat.

There is a refurbishment going on but it was of no inconvenience.

I arrived injured about four hours before check in time, they had a room ready for me in half hour which I appriciated very much, carried my bags to room, collected them next day and took me to Airport.

Awesome because it is just perfect, near work and walks. Clean and really great.

Easy to book. Central location. Secure. Pool was nice. Rooms were clean. Thank you.
