Great customer service from reception staff - very helpful Pool was great Room was spacious

The air conditioner was not working adequately - we got to swap rooms though thanks to the staff. The surroundings did not look very secure. The reception staff confirmed that they had had trouble in the car-park at night.

The staff were vy oo. Would have liked to have Breakfast there but was bale to go somewhere else. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Spacious modern room which has all the necessary basic facilities. Rear door access to the swimming pool and reception. Comfortable king bed (two joined king singles). Friendly and helpful staff, happy to help, chat and accommodate extra requests.Good on-site restaurant and sports bar with variety of drinks, beers. On site barista coffee & breakfast truck every morning.Located off just main road to not hear traffic but easy short drive/walk to town as required and across from Lake Kununurra for a walk/run.

Older 'smart' TV, not modern enough to use streaming services such as Netflix, Kayo etc. Otherwise no dislikes, quality/value stay.

we got upgraded the room was beautiful

the room was large and well presented the pillows need to be looked at very long heavy and we both got a sore neck

Nice place to stay a little bit big to get around it was suitable for what I needed. Meals were very generous in size service was good clean tidy and comfortable.

Overpriced, no breakfast facilities. Check in staff were not friendly at all, seemed like I was very much an inconvenience

It's a long walk to the rooms from reception when it's rear access only & you're not in a car

We had booked into another Hotel and our Director advised us to stay here as it is clean and safe. I walked in the room and was totally surprised how big, clean and well thought out and decorated it was. So neat too. I liked how we could park right outside our units, which made us feel safe as well as the friendly reminders to lock doors. and the added security of the bolts in the sliding doors.

The restaurant was not really to my liking, but the food servings were huge and the prices for both drinks and food were very reaonsable.

We had someone use a key to try and enter the room at about 02:30When I spoke they ran offSpoke to reception when checking out Manager rang me later saying that security would be checking the rooms I later found out that it was pretty common for cars to be stolen from this site with peoples rooms being entered in the middle of the night and car keys being stolen to take cars from car parksI will never be staying there again & would not advise anyone I know to stay there either and

Nothing to like about my stay. First I had traveled such a long distance and had arrived late. There were no humans around to assist. Wasn’t able to check in, had to sleep in the car.

No humans around to assist after 8pm.
