Staff was personable and professional! Super helpful and friendly.

We were given a disability room so it was larger and roomier.

The pub was very noisy in the night

On Arrival the first night there was no parking available inside the locked carpark, due to too many people parking poorly. (No painted lines)

I loved the historic photos, zebra stone bar and atmosphere in the dining room. The building has an authentic feel about it. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I as travelling on my own and they went out of their way to be helpful. Plus the hotel is in the middle of town.

I'd heard mixed reports about the place, but I found it clear and tidy good staff nice bar. It's a bit expensive for what it is but then what isn't expensive up here. Bed was comfy will stay again

This place needs a total renovation. The pillows need to be thrown away. Safety needs to be upgraded.Stayed in a budget room but did not pay a budget price. Continental breakfast only included bread, cereal, tea, and coffee. There was no Pastries. No Muffins. No fresh fruit. The only fruit came in a tub similar to canned fruit.

The shuttle driver was a bit snarly in the morning when she realised that I was waiting but hadnt prebooked. I would have prebooked if I knew to do this. It certainly didnt warrant the response she gave me.

It has a good menu and a relaxing outdoor area. It rained heavily and the locals were very welcoming and fun. A great location in the Centre of Kunnunura

There was nothing I did not really like. It is reasonable accommodation at a reasonable price; really friendly staff and locals.

The breakfast is very VERY basic. A bit of fruit would have been nice. I do really appreciate the cold water in the fridge and the clean bathrooms.

The cleanliness of the rooms is constantly an issue for me. There was a (what I'm assuming to be) toothpaste stain on my bed cover, the dark sheets and towels also make me feel like they are hiding dirt. I also found that the room smelt really funky when I walked in. Had to leave the door open to air it out.

Hotel Kununurra has friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are a good size and there’s plenty of room/surfaces to put your luggage and bits and pieces. Great location right in the centre of town.

The rooms are a little bit old and a bit dark, I had to clean my aircon filter last time I stayed, it was very dirty and AC wasn’t working effectively until I cleaned it.

There is a new management team in there who have plenty of experience and know how, customer focused while obtaining the best possible outcomes for both guest and business. Bravo!!Also, new and exciting menu that doesn't do what all the other outlets in town are doing, even a little bit fancy - a creative chef!Reception was always manned, past visits it has not been

Breakky.. Its fine, don't get me wrong, Chef probably has it on his to do list. Fresh fruit and Coco nut Yogurt would be a treat!It does the job.

Wi-Fi, but only in the bar/restaurant. Room not cleaned, and the staff not very well trained for service

price match with the booking.com, and accommodation apps. I would prefer to pay the premises instead of the overseas app.

As we stay frequently, the location and the rooms are always clean. Reception placed us in a room over the car park as requested.

Requested the air was turned on before our arrival. It was not.

Central location, gated onsite parking

Pillows were way to high and hard. Surcharges applied on every transaction being accommodation, bottleshop and restaurant, coupled with an unexpected security deposit. The room was very very basic and I feel overpriced for what is offered. The main room floor was dirty with clearly visible spills not mopped up. Airconditioning was struggling and we're used to sleeping in 24 degrees.
