Lily Lagoon Resort

This place was lovely especially after traveling from Katherine and across the desert. Clean large modern rooms.

Ants. We didn’t even have food. We went out for dinner and came back to so many ants in the room. And the pool was too hot. Feels silly to say but the pool was a hot tub in the hot heat. Not very refreshing.

Good quiet location and pool.

Air-con was a bit noisy

Very clean, comfortable bed. It exceeded my expectations because it was the cheapest place to stay but very clean, looked freshly renovated.There is a pool, restaurant.Staff were amazing and helped us with everything we needed! We are very grateful ?

Location was next to lagoon, very peaceful.

Everything was what I expected. Room clean and bed comfortable. Quiet location.

Nothing much

Says dog friendly but it’s not We have leave our dog tied up 100 meters away from our room That means we paid for the room but used to sleep only in the night. All day we had to spent our time where the dog was . Which was 100 meters away from our room.

No Service.

No Resturant as per website. No staff or unpleasant staff except for owner. Very small room which had a Queen size bed, very small fridge, toilet and shower combined. Restricted to making coffee and toast as there was no cooking facilities available plus the resturant was closed.

Nice reception guy who was temporary

Renovations going on affecting many facilities and noise. No warning that facilities would be so limited and price expensive for what was availableNo pick up Service from airport even though not far from the airport but not nearly enough to carry like. 20 minutes walk to the town but no food on site except breakfast.

Nothing, it was just great

The Café offered excellent coffee and breakfast. Shame that there is not a restaurant on site as it is a reasonable distance from town. We walked each day into town across the park but in the evening we followed the road and it is a long dark road to any place where you can have a meal. We had dinner one night at the Pumphouse and when returning after 10pm by taxi the gate was locked. Some people sitting under a canopy reluctantly unlocked and opened the gate otherwise we could not have returned to our room. That was the only unsatisfactory experience in what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Good luck with any refurbishments you may do in the future.

Clean and tidy.Great breakfast.It’s much better now than it was was before.

There are no options for lunch, dinner or even a bar on site. This is a major issue as the property is located a long way from anywhere and requires a drive to get a feed or drink.Expensive and overpriced for the location and lack of meals and drinks.

the cabins were very comfortable.the security was first classthe breakfast we had was wonderful, well presented and very enjoyable.

Anne and Layla were excellent and welcoming. chef was good food great cleaners were very accommodating and friendly. Thankyou to the staff.

I had breakfast included my deals and did not receive any for the 13 day stay. I had paid for mine and microwave was only placed in room on the lady 2 nights.

Very friend staff who attended willingly to a few extra needs. Room was clean and spacious. Location was lovely.

Shower needs maintenance. Water pressure was very poor. A shower curtain or door is needed at the recess.

Great location, really lovely staff and management, quiet, lovely new cafe and outdoor dining, room was very clean and comfortable bed.

Lovely lake view.

Confusion from start to finish. Booked with choice of lake view. Then got email saying that would cost a lot more.On check in, stand in manager (?) Very friendly and helpful. Checked in then he said we could move to lake view with no extra charge.Two days later, irate call from hotel saying we couldn't park outside our room.The hotel had no operating restaurant as advertised. One reason we booked this one was as it was supposed to have on site restaurant. After leaving hotel got phone calls and messages saying we owed money. We didn't. They had our number of days marked incorrectly. This hotel has a lot of potential if managed correctly.

very neat and tidy and very friendly helpful staff

The beds were a bit hard. probably a softer mattress and second blanket for the rooms for family. Would be awesome for coils to be lit at the front of each room, mozzies are coming in strong. Buttt still a great resort I’ll be back with my family ?

Lovely spot over looking the Lagoon. Was good value for money compared to other places in the area. Lovely pool

The restaurant had just started back up and wasn't quite as good as I'm sure it will be soon
