Comfortable room. Covered parking included. Location easily accessible to airlie beach without airlie beach prices.

If you arrive after 6 there is a Weird entry through a gaming room that is not clearly marked.

On the main road to Airlie beach, reasonable price, apart from the lack of cleaning it can be good for a one night stay.

Unfortunately the toilet was not cleaned at all, it was disgusting, we checked in around midnight and it was a very disappointing experience.

The location was good. The venue is getting a little bit tired but it was still adequate for our needs. We would stay there again. It was very convenient to be able to go to dinner at the hotel without having to get the car out. The fact there was bottled water and some biscuits in the room was also a bonus.

Nothing really as it is just the building itself that is getting a bit tired.

The accommodation was connected to the hotel which was very convenient

Bed was very uncomfortable, very bouncey bed and tap in bathroom kept running

Booked it as a no frills, one night accommodation and it was exactly that. Comfortable and clean with basic amenities. Pub closed, however, as it was good Friday. Great water pressure in shower. Bus stop across the road so easy access to Airlie Beach central.

Close to all areas that are of interest to me great food, great staff, clean and affordable

Good spot to sleep and shower after a big night.

Very bleachy smell, but once the windows were opened it was okay.

Quiet rooms and handy to have the courtesy bus to get you into town and back.

Rooms are a little old however still comfortable and not bad value

We were disappointed that we could hear activities from the courtyard from our room. (Bingo). It was a huge ruckus, but after a day of travel, it was hard to rest. Also the road noise was very apparent in our room.

Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly. We had room service a couple of times, for lunch and dinner. Food was nice. Staff were friendly and food arrived on time. So overall, very nice experience. Highly recommended.

We had a nice stay, the Reef Gateway was a nice place to stay, however, our room was old and outdated, tiles cracked, laminate bench tops stained etc. We had no interaction with staff except for checking in. Close to shopping areas was handy. Car park areas are small so if you have a large SUV or 4x4 you need several attempts to get your car in and out of the allocated space - it’s not the end of the world but a small issue. Overall a pleasant stay.

Had to fight off thousands of green ant to get our car.The car is still covered in them and we are back home in Townsville.

Under cover parking, great bar and food.

Hard to drag luggage up the stairs, air conditioner wasn’t that cold.

Its proximity to everything , comfortable well priced great meals

Liked it all that’s why I stay there

Location close to my twin daughter’s homes for a short independent break and local facilities. Staff very efficient and friendly, especially when I had a burst pipe in my room.

Lacks a pool but I was aware of that
