Great check-in, friendly staff at desk and restaurant.

The glass access door into the shower is a major problem. It needs to open outwards perhaps as it is nearly impossible to squeeze past to get in - especially for my husband!

Location good, breakfast was a little cold. The staff were exceptional so friendly and helpful. I would give them 10/10

We would have loved some live music, then we wouldn't have to go into Airlie both nights

Room was ready upon arrival - fan, lights, aircon on for our comfort upon entry! Pool within view of our room. Breakfast had variety and was easy!

Housekeeping is not provided, so rooms are not cleaned during your stay. The facilities feel quite dated, and the amenities do not match what was shown in the pictures—we expected a lot more for such a price.

Really beautiful interiors in the room and a super comfy bed! Facilities were great - decent pool and restaurant on site. Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with, quick replies over message with questions and helped with transport.

My room was quite far back and up some stairs in the hotel, I would have loved if the staff had offered me a hand with my bags!

Great room with a balcony.Since I was on my own I had the whole king bed just for me.

Shower stall leaked a little.Room service dinner came in take away container and wooden utensils. Food in hot boxes at breakfast was cold even the new bacon that just came out.

We liked the pool the room, the mattress needed to be replaced. Both in the single beds. You could feel when you lie down there’s a slope down in the back area, were you rest you back as you lie down.

The breakfast the standard poorly the scramble eggs didn’t taste fresh. The coffee I would suggest a nice coffee machine, it needs an update.

Great swimming pool, friendly staff, clean, modern interconnecting rooms perfect for families. On-site restaurant/bar was convenient. Close enough to both Airlie Beach and local supermarket.

The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful.

The room was filthy.The room smelled of mould and damp air.There were no bags in the bins.There was no sanitary waste bin.The bathroom drainage was poor. The bed smelled of cured meats. I was refused a drink after I’d ordered food 40 minutes prior, noting the one hour either side rule, this was unacceptable as the pool area was also no BYO.The pool area had lots of disrepair. The bathroom had no ventilation. The jacuzzi/spa was not warm enough.

Great layout. Enjoyed the restaurant. The room was great and comfortable. Clean and presentation was great.

Maybe just a trolley for bags would be great, not that we had much but if we were staying longer.

The room was spacious and comfortable the bar area nice.

We waited 45 mins for drinks to be made 1 being vodka and the other a sooner of beer.After going out for dinner, we returned to our room a little after 10, and the people above us kept us up till about 1. The reception did apologise and said, "Call us next time this happens."

Very pleasant place to stay - reasonably quiet and well appointed. The breakfast was good and the staff incredibly helpful. Call out to Jude who was organising the breakfast area.
