The location of the hotel is nice, and the hotel is very modern and clean.

There was a convention in town, and I did not get to stay in the actual hotel- I had to stay in a room in the other building. I did not end up getting a good view of the city/country- which is why I booked the room in the first place. There was no mention of a convention until I arrived at the property, and there aren't refunds.

The cleanness of the rooms

The breakfast was limited and they serve the same breakfast every day. The service is also slow in the restaurant.The parking: each parking spot is allocated to a room number. Our room number being the B202, we parked there but then they asked us to move it because the owner of the hotel likes to park her car there... Some days they didn't leave water for us in the room.

Very nice accommodation with friendly staff and good facilities.

Not a great location, not easy to get to a shop and nothing is walking distance. Breakfast is very bland with the same food served every morning.

The Staff were amazing; the Room was bigger than Expected and well maintained / cleaned - brand new appliances and Modern Furniture. The Resort is very close to malls and highway and a great SPA and Gym with Heated pool

Room service. Constantly had to follow up on orders. Room service is not 24hrs

Location was excellent for business. Apartments were acceptable though rudimentary.

Meals were atrocious. Clearly the chefs have no imagination and prepare what can only be described as awful hospital food. You need better chefs.

Convenient for each person had individual bathroom.

Wifi is good. Rooms are spacious. Rooms are very quiet (even those adjacent to the road. Friendly staff and friendly guests (the other guests staying). On-site wellness center is good and convenient.

The same breakfast each day for 2 weeks gets a bit old. The location is not terribly convenient, with Tribeca Mall more than 20 minute walk. I sometimes have difficulty connecting to the television. Could provide a bit more information on what other facilities (shops and restaurants) are nearby..

This property use to be a clinic which has been transformed into a retreat??? Still got signs of the clinic ,ramps,call assistance buttons. Was clean and modern but a bit far out from anywhere anywhere and next to a hospital lots of nurses walking patients past our apartment.

I enjoyed the staff friendliness and willingness to assist on any issue. The room was always impeccably made up and the facilities in the room were more than adequate. I could choose between the hotel meals and preparing my own in the apartment. This is great because it gives me flexibility especially when my work hours are outside the normal meal times.

The free wi-fi was great but tended to be intermittent in coverage.

In terms of cleanliness, this is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The staff are also very friendly, the rooms are huge too. The breakfast is very nice.

This is out of the control of the hotel, but its far from anywhere and you need a taxi/car to get anywhere - to get to the centre you'd essentially need to walk on the highway, which isn't feasible. It would be cool if there was more variety in the breakfast, and the main breakfast room could definitely do with air conditioning. Although some other reviewers mentioned this, I think this hotel is used by people who have come to Mauritius to receive treatment from the adjacent hospital. But if you hire a car yourself or use their taxi service/yugo app and dont want to gamble with a hotel, this is a very safe bet.

Limited options for breakfast and half board dinner for vegetarians.

It's a beautiful resort, kind and caring staff and an amazing spa. Tevina gave an excellent facial. I can't wait to book my next treatment.

A second bottle of water and more coffee and milk supplies would be a nice touch.

The staff we incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional at all times. The gardens and outside of the buildings were in good upkeep. Location was especially appropriate and central proving quick access to shopping center and road infrastructure

Although the room and general premises was kept clean, there were issues with the build quality. As example, the shower space leaked at the join and corners causing unnecessary water spill into the bathroom itself

very nice hotel, the location is good and the food is excellent. Room is big and clean, and the staffs are helpful and warming.

The place was amazing and the staff was very nice. The cleanliness of the rooms and the room service were excellent. Spa and gym facilities were indeed the highlights of this place.
