Clansman Motel

Easy to find as on main highway just out of town to the south. Bed was comfortable. Basic amenities provided like tea making and toaster, Air conditioner was adequate.

There was under cover car-parking but my vehicle at 1.9M high could not fit under the awning. This was not uniform for all rooms as the awning clearances vary along the face of the building due to sloping allotment. Was advised to park on small lawn section but still on actual property. Being a little out of town it would be necessary to drive to CBD to buy food etc.

The family that own it were very pleasant and communicated well. Comfy bed , clean and had a hairdryer which was good

No sink cutlery or plates provided The show leaks when showering to the bathroom floor TV only has six or seven channels no YouTube or other channels.

The only goid thing. Was the bed , air con and shower

Carpet was grey. Had stains all over it. Tv didn't work could only get 4 channels. The others didn't work. Wouldn't stay they again

Good to have table and chairs to eat at and toaster. Good fridge. Good location.

Have been staying here for over 20 years. Since new owners this motel has gone from a cute clean well priced motel to a run down badly maintained place. Curtains broken, taps leak, carpet old and dirty, walls need painting, creaking noise from ceiling all night

Bathroom/sink/shower taps were leaking constantly, very hard to turn off!The mattress was + quite uncomfortable!The pillows were all too hard and not suitable for a relaxing sleep!

There was nothing good at all about this place. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

False advertising. They do not offer complimentary breakfast even though it states it in their description. The staff are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. When I asked about the breakfast they told me no breakfast and started yelling at me in a foreign language. The bathroom was filled with about 20-30 small flying insects and there was mould in the shower.

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

The TV reception was very poor with limited channels. There was only one bedside table light, not suitable for reading by even the side of the bed it was on. Powerpoints on both sides of the bed would have been handy as I use a CPAP machine .

Inside and surrounds looked old and uncared for. Tiles easing off shower walls. Dirty grouting. Poor lighting in the room. Bed made with only a sheet and light bed cover. Blankets in cupboard. Indifference and minimal communication at reception, not open and inviting

Comfortable bed..reasonable size TV.

Loose shower head and loose toilet seat.

Great great heater and hot showers.

It just needed a knife to go with the toaster facilities and maybe a plate and a cloth to wipe the bench. But otherwise we had everything we needed.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy.

Shower needs a bit of attention around the shower head/arm area.
